REFUND REQUESTS:
Thank you for completing the refund request form. This will help us to both ensure your refund, if approved, is procecesed properly and helps us to identify areas to improve communication or processes in relation to purchases.
 
Please note: All refund requests are subject to approval based on our terms of services and generally procesed with 3-7 business days.
* If different from the name of the student name requesting the refund
REFUND POLICY: Day Camps
 
REFUND POLICY:
* Before April 15: You can request a refund for each week purchased with a $100 deposit fee per week being deducted.
* Before June 15: You can request a refund for each week with a $200 deposit fee per week being deducted
* After June 15: No Refunds.
 
6. Camp Sessions Can Only Be Applied to the Summer:
Purchased Camp Sessions must be used during the summer period of June 15 to Sept 4. They are non-transferable after the Summer ends. 
 
7.Switching Weeks During The Summer:
During the Summer, you can request to change weeks and we will move weeks if space is available.
REFUND POLICY: SLEEP AWAY CAMP 

REFUND POLICY:
There is a $400 Camp Deposit Fee that will be deducted from what you’ve paid if you request a refund before June 1.

After June 1, there are no refunds since we will have made full payment to the school for all registered campers.

There are no exchanges or credits that we can provide for the sleep away camp.

REFUND POLICY: Regular Season Class and Lesson Packs/Programs
 
There are no refunds for membership fees or purchased services. Purchased services include but are not limited to classes, memberships, lessons, camps, tournaments, bouting, coaching travel, etc. You can utilize these services until they are completed. All services are non-transferable to other services or clients.
 
The exception is billing mistakes where there is a written request to info@ that was missed by our team or if you have mistakenly purchased something and contact us within 24-48 hours then we will refund with a $20 dollar service fee.
