This form provides directions for TMFC members to self-service their basic account information, directions for how to cancel or schedule individual lesson(s) and classes(s) and how to purchase new packs. 
 
Items that would require submitting a service request would include changing a recurring lesson/class schedule, auditing a pack of lessons or requesting general club information.
