The North Dakota Afterschool Network is collecting information to inform the landscape of afterschool and assess any needs to increase access to high-quality afterschool and summer learning programs for youth in grades PreK-12 across the state.
Our goal is to collect information from every school community within the state, whether afterschool programming is currently being offered or not.
This survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.
DEFINITIONS:
Afterschool: includes any program serving youth in grades PreK-12 with organized, regularly scheduled academic or enrichment activities in a supervised environment. They can take place in schools, school-age childcare, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, universities, libraries, camps, and more.
Program Site: For the purposes of this database, a program site is defined as any programming meeting the qualifications above that is offered within the same physical address. Multiple entries are required if programming is offered at multiple physical addresses.
