Your membership resignation will be processed 5-7 business days after the submission of this form.
After which, you will no longer have access to the benefits, services, or privileges associated with your membership.
If you cancel your membership, you will not be eligible to rejoin (or join the waitlist) until a full year from your resignation date. There will be no refunds/credits for all payments that have been processed.
Holds: We do not offer any holds including medical leaves.
