Room Availability:

When purchasing a non-refundable package, we recommend having flexible travel dates. Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and subject to availability. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a room confirmation email.

Please note: Rooms included are pre-selected and have specified arrival days based on the package.  You can upgrade to a larger suite for $100.

Soak Availability:

Soak appointments for 2025 will become available on 12/15. A soak promo code will be included in your room confirmation email. Since soak appointments are open to everyone, we recommend booking yours as soon as the schedule opens on 12/15. Please note that soak bookings are your responsibility and are not automatically scheduled for you.

Important: The soaks included in your package have no cash value. If you're unable to book or choose not to soak, you will receive a $75 credit in lieu of an unused soak, which can be applied toward purchases at our Bath + Body Shop or Food Market.

Restrictions:

  • Packages cannot be applied to existing reservations or any nights in October.
  • Only valid for reservations made using our Black Friday Package Redemption form.
  • A maximum of 2 guests per package.
  • These pre-paid packagess are non-refundable and can only be redeemed during our 2025 season from Friday 4/5/25 to Sunday 11/23/25.
  • Sale ends at midnight or until we sell out, whichever comes first
