Supervisors/Managers can request an Oracle number for each contract worker under his/her supervision in need of access to Fusion and EBS to complete work assignments. Please provide Data Management with the information below on each contract worker.
Incomplete form submissions will delay your request. You can request up to (4) employees on a single form. If you have more than (4) you will be required to create another request with your additional request. Please do not fill out multiple request forms on the same people to avoid any confusion or duplicate records in the system. Request submitted will generally process within one to three business days.
Also remember submit a termination request to HRdatamgmt@memphistn.gov when the contract worker is no longer under your supervision.
