Christmas Wine

Sparkling Rose. This is made in the champagne method from pinot noir grapes grown in Tazmania. Very elegant, perfect for celebrations.
Prosecco. Sommariva Prosecco, Brut, Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Italy. Elegant Prosecco from a top producer.
Champagne.Billecarte, Brut Reserve. The Brut Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. It is made up of a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from three different years and sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region.
Pinot Grigio. Villa Lorena, Delle Venezie, Italy. Classic, crisp and clean.
Sauvignon Blanc. Villa Maria, Marlborough, New Zealand. Crisp and bursting with tropical fruit.
Sauvignon Blanc. Domaine Tassin, Sancerre, Loire. Crisp and minerally with citrus notes.
Chardonnay. Fess Parker, Santa Barbara. Classic California chardonnay with subtle oak and buttery notes.
Chardonnay. Failla, Sonoma Coast. Elegant and well-balanced. Subtle oak influence with rounded acidity and notes of red apple.

Cabernet Blend. Matthews Winery. The aromas are thoroughly captivating, with notes of scorched earth, cocoa, black currant, graphite and bittersweet chocolate. Plush, polished, seamless fruit flavors follow. There's a sophistication and intensity to it all that is mesmerizing.
Zinfandel Blend, Ink Grade, “Andosol”, Howell Mountain, Napa. This beautifully aromatic wine leaps out of the glass with concentrated notes of red currant, boysenberry, cassis, roasted coffee and dark chocolate, along with savory undertones and notions of sweet oak. On the palate it is rich and mouthcoating, with a seamless texture and supple tannins framing luxurious layers of dark berry fruit, barrel spice and fresh herbs.

Cocktails

Bacon Old Fashioned. Our most famous cocktail is made from old forester bourbon that we wash with bacon. Teh result is a richer texture with savory/smoky bacon notes.
Gin & Jam. Ford's Gin with house made spiced cranberry jam and lemon.
Paloma. Blanco Tequila, grapefuit soda and lime.
Cocito. Our house blend of rum and coconut is a holiday classic.
