After purchasing your session, you will receive an email the following week with a link to choose your time/date and a code to zero out the balance when you are ready to schedule the session OR contact Savannah Lutrell via text/email/facebook when you are ready to schedule. Please schedule at least 1-2 months in advance.

BOOKING TIME FRAME: If you fail to book your session before December 1st of 2024, your session will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Please be sure to book your session at least one-two months in advance. *

ONLINE GALLERY: Your photos are delivered through an online gallery website. Your gallery will remain open for 14 days for you to download your files. A print release will be emailed along with your downloadable images. This link WILL EXPIRE after 14 days. A re-upload fee of $25 will be invoiced if the gallery must be uploaded again from archive. *

AVAILABILITY: Appointments are scheduled upon availability only. There are no certain weekends or weekdays that are guaranteed until you make your final reservation. I highly suggest booking at least one month in advance. It is understood that t is solely the clients responsibility to check availability on the photographers website, or get in contact with the photographer to schedule any pre-purchased sessions. *

MODEL RELEASE: Savannah Lutrell Photography reserves the right to use images created under this agreement for advertising, display, competition, marketing materials, website, publication, or other marketing purposes. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the above terms. *

I understand that Savannah Lutrell is not responsible if the client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session. With that being said, I am happy to reschedule if your child is not feeling well, teething badly, or having an "off day" if given notice. *

I understand that special editing requests (including but not limited to: bra strap removal, face swaps, etc.) are subject to additional fees ($10/image) and may take up to 7 business days to be completed if the desired editing is possible. *

I understand that Savannah Lutrell Photography cannot guarantee the quality of prints outside of her professional printing lab. Savannah Lutrell will provide you with a list of recommended labs for the best quality photo prints if you choose to use a consumer lab.You will also have access to print through her professional print lab in your gallery. Again, Savannah can ONLY GUARANTEE the quality of images from her professional print lab connected through your gallery in the shopping section. Recommended labs are only for suggestion, and the quality of their product is not in her control. *
