Maintenance Plans

You will be billed the total for your maintenance plan once per month until you cancel.

*Inspection: Coverage does not begin until the equipment has been inspected and approved by E B WILLIAMS. Equipment must be in compliance with current code and in good working order when approved for coverage. Any repairs required to put the equipment into acceptable condition will be billed to you at our regular rates.
*Membership is required for a period of two (2) years from the date of Membership sign-up. Membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the beginning of the second year. If Membership is canceled within the first year, Club Members shall nonetheless be responsible for the full applicable 2-year Membership fees. Membership may be downgraded or discontinued by either party at any time after the initial 2-year term upon sixty (60) days written notification to the other party.
*Membership is transferable to the new owner in the event home is sold upon execution by the transferor and the transferee of a transfer agreement in a form provided by E B WILLIAMS.
*During the month-to-month term following the expiration of the initial 2-year required term, a minimum of six (6) months of Membership is required in order to be entitled to a precision tune-up during the 6-month period in question. By way of example, if a precision tune-up has been performed prior to the expiration of six (6) months into the first year of the Membership, and the Club Member thereafter cancels the Membership prior to said expiration of such 6-month period, the Club Member will be billed and be responsible for either the balance left owed to fulfill the 6-month requirement, or the regular cost of precision tune-up, whichever amount is lesser. 
*Notification of pricing increases following the initial first year term will be provided in writing sixty (60) days prior to taking effect. Club Members still fulfilling initial Membership requirements are not subject to any pricing increases.
*Membership discounts and pricing structure are applicable during normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00 PM. Pricing does not reflect rates for calls scheduled after hours, Monday-Friday, 4:01PM-7:59 AM, Saturday, and Sunday, and/or holidays. In the event a call is scheduled outside of normal working hours, an overtime diagnostic fee will apply.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the Membership holder to disclose Membership paperwork to E B WILLIAMS-authorized technician to receive Membership benefits. Failure to provide the enrollment paperwork at the time of said service will result in ineligibility of Membership benefits, yet may be subject to later reimbursement by the E B WILLIAMS office upon Membership verification.
*Silver Club Membership entitles you to: Guaranteed appointments within 48 hours of a Club Member’s call for service, two (2) precision tune-ups, 15% discount on repairs, $100.00 off New Hot Water Installation, during normal working hours. If a call is scheduled outside of normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 4:01PM-7:59 AM, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, an overtime premium will apply.
*Gold and Platinum Memberships are only available to purchase upon an E B WILLIAMS-authorized technician’s assessment of equipment desired for coverage.
*Gold Club Membership entitles you to: Guaranteed appointments within 24 hours of a Club Member’s call for service, two (2) precision tune-ups, 30% discount on repairs, $150.00 off New Hot Water Installation, and a 50% Off Dispatch Charge during normal working hours. If a call is scheduled outside of normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 4:01PM-7:59 AM, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, an overtime
premium will apply.
*Diamond Membership entitles you to: #1 Priority Service (given priority over other non-Diamond customers), two (2) precision tune-ups, 50% discount on repairs, $250.00 off New Hot Water Installation, and NO Dispatch Charge during normal working hours. If a call is scheduled outside of normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 4:01PM-7:59 AM, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, an overtime premium will apply.
*Silver, Gold and Diamond Club Memberships purchased at the time of a service call will, with respect to such service call, receive the discount corresponding with the plan selected.
*In the event a repair is quoted by an E B WILLIAMS-authorized technician at the time of service call and the customer declines to have such repair performed, a diagnostic fee will apply and be due for any subsequent service call for a mechanical failure that later occurs regardless of whether the mechanical failure is in connection with the part quoted for repair (or any attributing part(s) affected thereby).
COVERAGE DOES NOT APPLY TO:
1. Failure to operate due to, but not limited to, voltage conditions, blown fuses, open circuit breakers, or other damage due to inadequacy or interruption of electrical service.  
2. Loss, damage, repairs or maintenance required as a result of a fire, water, hail, theft, earthquake, riot, wind, ice, lightning, acts of God, acts of war, accident, animals, corrosive atmosphere or other conditions beyond the control of E B WILLIAMS. 
3. Refinishing or replacement of cabinet parts, bases, mountings, decorations, trim, remote condensate pumps and electrical service or drains external to covered equipment.
4. Any work or changes which might at some future date be required by government regulations, codes, or insurance company needs or requirements.
5. Duct work, or structural supports that may deteriorate due to corrosion or rust.
6. Accessory items such as humidifiers (unless added to Membership), air cleaners, ultra-violet lights, and thermostats
E B WILLIAMS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Additional or unusual utility bills incurred due to any malfunction or defect in the equipment covered by this Membership.
2. Any expenses incurred by the Club Member for parts and labor on equipment, which were not provided by E B WILLIAMS.
3. Any special, indirect, or consequential property damage arising out of, or as the result of, the use or loss of the products covered, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation may not apply to you.
4. Any extra expenses incurred by E B WILLIAMS in performing under the Membership terms due to inaccessibility of the equipment.
