Who Should Submit an EOI?
Artists/Artisans interested in living at ArtsCommon 118 and/or space for creating or manufacturing their work.
Artists and Artisans and Arts organizations interested in renting retail space or selling their products in a shared market space on the ground level of either building.
Individuals and groups interested in renting space/booths at out door markets (farmers’ markets, night markets, pop up outdoor markets).
Entrepreneurs interested in locating their business at ArtsCommon 118.
Organizations (non-profit or otherwise) interested in locating their offices at ArtsCommon 118.
Theatre/Performance and community groups interested in renting/accessing the Black Box Theatre/Community Event Space
Organizations interested in operating or co-operating one or more of the following as a social enterprise:
- Black Box Theatre/Community Event Space
- 2,000 square foot Industrial Kitchen
- 6,000 square foot roof top farm
- Out Door Markets
