The processing fee is $55.00 per, If there are multiple participants seeking to be approved under the same application (i.e. a group application), please ensure that a copy of the blue section is separately completed for each participant. Be aware that in the case of an application for a Qualifying AJ, only participants that have participated on the same Practice Journey may submit and be assessed under a group application
