Vendor Registration: $600.00

Additional Banquet Guest: $60

Additional Vendor Table: $300.00

Additional Social Event Guest: $50

** Vendor Registration fee includes (2) company representatives.
This includes access to all social events and the evening banquet.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND REFUNDS

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 15th at 10pm.

PAYMENT FOR DAILY REGISTRATION FOR MEMBERS, NON-MEMBERS AND STUDENTS CAN BE MADE AT THE CONFERENCE. THIS FEE COVERS THE AGENDA SESSIONS ONLY.
(NO EVENING EVENTS ARE INCLUDED)

EXTRA BANQUET GUESTS MUST BE PURCHASED BY SEPTEMBER 15th.

DEADLINE FOR PAYMENTS FOR VENDOR FEES AND SPONSORSHIPS: JUNE 30th at 10pm.

VENDOR REGISTRATION PAYMENT METHODS

**Once you have entered your conference registration information, you will be directed to
select one of three available payment methods:

1. Credit/Debit Card 2. PayPal Account 3. Check by Mail
 
PayPal Checkout is used for both credit/debit card payment processing
and Paypal account payment processing.
 
**A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED to pay your conference fees using a credit/debit card.
PayPal Checkout is the secure method in which we use to collect your card payment information.
