2023 PRI Call for Speakers

THE 2023 SEMA SHOW PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE HAS PASSED AND WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PROPOSALS. PLEASE USE THIS FORM TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR SEMA’S VIRTUAL EDUCATION PROGRAM.

SEMA provides an unparalleled platform for innovative thinkers to share their ideas, technologies and industry expertise. We are now accepting proposal submissions that reflect current trends, ideas and discoveries within the automotive aftermarket and performance racing industries. 

Education for the Industry, By the Industry.

Program Audiences (but not limited to): Includes representatives from all segments of the automotive aftermarket industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, builders and installers, and service and repair professionals. Automotive small business owners, managers and employees.

Topics of Interest (but not limited to): Aftermarket Updates and Future Trends, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Electric Vehicles, Emerging and Executive Leadership, Legal & Regulatory, Sales and Marketing, Small-Business Strategy, Vehicle Technology, and Industry Segment Specific Topics.

2023 SEMA Show Education (Submission deadline: February 10, 2023)

  • Show Details: October 30-November 3, 2023 | Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV

2023 SEMA Year-Round Virtual Education (Submission deadline: Year-round)

  • Program Details: In an effort to provide further value to members, SEMA is building a robust virtual education program that members can take advantage of year-round. If selected, SEMA will schedule your session according to availability. If your session is not chosen for the SEMA Show, it could be considered for the virtual education program. SEMA will contact you if interested.

Selection Process

  • We receive many seminar proposals for the various education programs, so please understand that it is a difficult and highly selective process for our team of volunteers and staff to review and choose from among the many excellent submissions. As such, quality rather than quantity is always best when submitting proposals. Final selections for SEMA Show Education will be made by March 2023. Selections for the SEMA Year-Round Virtual Education will be made on an on-going basis.
  • The vast majority of SEMA education speakers are industry subject-matter experts and are not compensated. If you require compensation, please note on the proposal submission form your speaker fee range for a one-hour session for consideration.

Program Audiences (but not limited to): Includes representatives from all segments of the motorsports industry, including race teams, speed shops, engine builders, fabricators, machinists, tuners, manufacturers, WDs, sanctioning bodies, track operators, media and more; many of whom are small business owners, managers and employees.

Topics of Interest (but not limited to): Sponsorships, Hiring & Employee Management, Branding, Content Creation, Youth Engagement, Small Business Operations, Advertising/Promotions, Traditional & Digital Marketing, Sales Strategies, Technical Content and EV Performance.
