Why should professionals attend?

It’s quite simply the best local opportunity to meet a wide variety of graduating seniors as well as industry professionals. How else could you meet so many students from over a dozen universities in a single day? The majority of the students will be mechanical engineers, but many other majors are represented. We feel this will be the most time efficient networking and recruiting opportunity of 2025. Many internships and job offers were extended at the 2023 and 2024 events.

How can professionals attend?

  • Career Fair Participant: Host a table for your company at the career fair! We have limited space for member companies to connect with 3rd and 4th year students. You can have one on one conversations with best and brightest coming out of our local universities and trade schools.  Member companies are encouraged to attend to recruit students for both internships and positions as well as exposing our students to the variety of positions available in the aftermarket industry.  During the registration process, you can enter your contact information as well as anyone from you company attending.
  • Judges: Both events will provide the opportunity for students to receive live feedback to enhance their business and technical presentations as well as their build. If you would like to attend as a subject matter expert to help judge, please select that during registration.

Registration Fee:

Registration is complimentary for SEMA Member Companies. Non-members will pay $500 to SAE to help offset the costs of the event. Non-Member companies will be sent an invoice from SAE to be paid for prior to the start of the event. The $500 per company includes admission for up to four company employees.

Is there a dress code?

This is a casual event. This is the perfect event to wear a logoed shirt or hat and show your company colors while connecting with others.
