FORMAT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS
- Please send your submission as a MS Word file (10 MB Limit).
- DO NOT send your submission as a PDF.
- Please include all items for your submission in one document.
FOR A RESEÑA SUBMISSION
Please include:
- Chapter name
- Institution
- Photo (optional): JPG format, images must be in focus/clear. Photos will NOT be published without an accompanying chapter reseña and a photo caption in Spanish. The Editorial Staff reserves the right to publish only the photos it deems acceptable for publication.
- A caption for photo (if included).
- Reseña: this narrative must be in Spanish and refer to your chapter and group in third person, not "nosotros."
FOR A STUDY ABROAD, INTERNSHIP OR GRANT AWARDEE ESSAY
Please Include:
- Your full name
- U.S. university or college
- Scholarship institution (for undergraduates) / research site (graduate students) and location
- Profile / passport-style photo in .jpg or .gif format
- Scholarship or research grant essay of approximately 200 words in Spanish
