National Competition Finals Confirmation

Please use this form to confirm numbers attending and book food/accomodation for the National Competition Finals taking place in Hemel Hempstead on Saturday 15th March 2025.

Please note times for competitions:

- Badminton will commence at 10am and finish by 5pm. Lunch will be provided during these competitions for all participants and leaders.

- Fifa will commence at 5pm and finish by 9pm. Dinner will be provided during the competition for all participants and leaders.

Please confirm numbers for food during the event(s) you are participating in below and advise any allerges or dietray requirements.

For those requiring overnight accomodation this is available at Frifth Grange Centre (Frith Ln, Millbrook Park, London NW7 1PT) on both Friday and Saturday nights as required. As standard no linen is provided. A limited quantity of linen (bed sheet, pillow + pillow case, top sheet - no duvets are available) is available for an additional charge. Teams travelling by car/minibus are expected to bring sleeping bags, pillows etc with them to allow those travelling by air/rail to travel lighter. All guests are required to bring their own towel. Continental breakfast including cereals, bread/toast and drinks will be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings for those staying overnight. Accomodation is in 4 bed rooms (bunk beds) and will be available on first come first served basis. Toilets and showers are shared facilities. Transport will be provided to/from the accomodation to competition venue and also to/from airport/station. Frith Grange is a 10 minute walk from Mill HIll East Underground Station (Northern Line) so ideal for those making their way directly to accomodation on Friday night or on Sunday morning making their way into London or back to another station/airport for return journey home. PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ON COMPLETION OF THIS FORM.

Please note that the accomodation is located within London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and so all vehicles will need to be compliant or pay the charge for travelling into the zone. Please check vehicles at https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/.

If travelling on Friday night and requiring accomodation we recommend where possible going directly to Mill Hill East Underground Station (Northern Line) which is a short walk (8 mins) from Frfith Grange Centre. Again for those departing on Sunday morning to go into London or returning home, where possible please use Mill Hill East Underground Station.
