Unite 2024 - Group Booking Form

Please complete this form to book a group to attend Unite 2024, which will take place from Friday 24th to Monday 27th May at Felden Lodge (BB Headquarters), Felden Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 0BL.

Places cost £88 per person (prices held at 2023 rates). A deposit of £20 per person should be paid with this booking, or the full balance can be paid now.

A reminder to pay the outstanding balance will be sent from week commencing 15th April 2024, outstanding balances can also be paid using this form. Full payment should be received by 3rd May 2024.

Cancellations must be made in writing to unite@boys-brigade.org.uk and any refunds will be at the discretion of the event organisers.
Unite is committed to providing a safe environment and operates within the policies and procedures of The Boys' Brigade, including those around safeguarding.
All leaders must be currently registered with The Boys' Brigade or The Girls' Brigade. Details provided will be checked with the relevant organisation.
Group leaders will be responsible for the conduct and welfare of their group members during the event, including full supervision and control at all times. Unite reserves the right to refuse entry or to arrange for participants to leave before the end of the event.
By attending Unite, individuals give their consent to be filmed and/or photographed for BB or Unite publicity purposes. If this causes any problems for individuals please inform unite@boys-brigade.org.uk
Unite does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or equipment, or to that of your Company/youth group, Church or individuals within your group.
