REGISTRATION POLICY & FEES
A registration fee is required for EACH PERSON who attends. REGISTRATION POLICY: Advance registration is requested. If you find you cannot attend the conference after sending your paid registration, notify us by February 1, 2019, and your fees will be refunded in full. Then, a $50 cancellation fee will apply until February 6, 2019. After that, no refunds will be issued for cancellation. You may substitute without penalty.
