Customer Service Training begins February 12th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Dealers of Tomorrow begins on February 13th at 1:00pm and ends on February 14th at 11:45am.
 
REGISTRATION POLICY & FEES
A registration fee is required for EACH PERSON who attends. REGISTRATION POLICY: Advance registration is requested. If you find you cannot attend the conference after sending your paid registration, notify us by February 1, 2019, and your fees will be refunded in full. Then, a $50 cancellation fee will apply until February 6, 2019. After that, no refunds will be issued for cancellation. You may substitute without penalty. To substitute or cancel, please submit your request in writing to WEDA, email jluce@westerneda.com or call Jennifer at 800-762-5616. Customer Service Training Registration (Optional)

One day, (6 hour) program created specifically for dealership parts counter, sales, service and other areas of the dealership that are customer facing. This program will benefit new and experienced employees that are on the front line of your dealership. The objective is to provide training and tools to help your employees better serve customers while delivering an excellent customer experience. The training takes place on February 12, 2019 from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, 7048 W Grandridge Blvd, Kennewick, WA 99336 and includes lunch. Space is limited!
