Returnly Carrier Account Request (Merchant Care)

To speed the setup of your Returnly Logistics provider all of the information requested is needed.  We will update you with this has been set up, or if we encounter any issues.


Logistics Integration:
 
 
UPS Ground - To utilize your UPS account for label generation and shipping purposes, we'll need the following credentials to enable the integration on our end.  Invoice details are optional for new UPS accounts which have not received their first invoice, otherwise please refer to the most recent invoice issued within the last 90 days.

FedEx Ground- To integrate with your FedEx account for label generation and shipping purposes, we'll need all of the credentials listed below (generated in the Developer Resource Center) to initiate the carrier's required certification process. Note that some are presented in-browser, others will be emailed; it's preferred for you to take screenshots of each corresponding screen:

FedEx Ground Economy (SmartPost) Returns - To integrate with your FedEx Ground Economy (SmartPost) Returns account for label generation and shipping purposes, we'll need all of the credentials listed below. NOTE: Either Flat Rate or Free Shipping for the shopper is required for this integration.

DHL eCommerce (Global Mail) - To utlized your DHL eCommerce account for label generation and shipping purposes, we'll need the following credentials to enable the integration on our end.  These would have been provided to you by your DHL eCommerce rep.  NOTE: Either Flat Rate or Free Shipping for the shopper is required for DHL eCommerce Mail integration.   Our integration to DHL - eCommerce requires that the shipment address on the labels, must be that on the DHL Account.
