Registration Begins at 8:00 am on October 5th and 

8:00 on October 6th.

Vendors will be allowed to set up at 7:00 AM

Corporate Sponsorship

$700.00: A table and 2 chairs; lunch for 2; registration for 2; full page ad in program; recognition on SCPAC website; 10-minute presentation at lunch; hospitality for 2.

 

Vendor/Exhibitor

$300.00: A table and 2 chairs; lunch for 2; registration for 2; ½ page ad in program.                      Vendor Add-on: To speak for 10 minutes at Lunch - $100.00 extra.

 

To Speak for 10 minutes at lunch on October 5th 

$100.00: This only includes a 10 minute time slot during lunch to speak, lunch is at 12:00 to 1:30  This does not include a lunch.

If you need a powersource at your table, you will be able to order it through the Convention Center. The SCPAC will email you a link to order power about two weeks before the event.

Acceptable file formats:  jpg, png, tif, and doc 

Full page ad Conference Sponsor - 5.5"W x 8.5"H

 

Half-page ad size (Conference Exhibitors) - 5.5"W x 4.25"H

Please note that although bleeds are acceptable, keep live matter 1/4" from the trim on each side.

Contract Agreement and Indemnification

The registrant (Exhibitor) hereby authorizes the South Carolina Police Accreditation Coalition (SCPAC) to reserve exhibit space in the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center for use by the said company during the 2024 SCPAC Training Conference. The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor activities on the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and SCPAC, its agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
