Please fill out this form to apply for the upcoming school year's CASP enrollment. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Submitting this form is a crucial step to enroll your student(s) in CASP, but it is not a guarantee of placement. Once submitted, a confirmation of submittal will be provided via email.

 

Submitted enrollment forms are processed by CASP's enrollment team in the order they are received. Sibling enrollments will be accommodated with simultaneous processing based on the first enrollment received as long as all enrollment forms are submitted on the same day. Approved enrollment forms will place students in their appropriate class. A Placement Reservation email will be sent to student parents with the following information by August 2: student's name, school grade, CASP classroom reservation, tuition schedule (due dates), and payment instructions.

 

Should CASP enrollment reach maximum capacity, students without a placement reservation will be placed on a waitlist. An email confirming waitlist status will be provided. Those on the waitlist will be notified if space is available by August 8.

 

Final registration will be confirmed once the first tuition installment is paid by the due date specified in the Placement Reservation email. If the first payment is not received by the specified due date, final registration will be deemed as declined and the Placement Reservation will be offered to enrollments on the waitlist.

 

This year's CASP tuition is $3,500 and covers the entire school year (Aug. 16, 2021 - Jun. 1, 2022). Tuition will be paid in ten (10) equal installments of $350 each. An online payment portal will be the preferred payment method and instructions will be provided in the Placement Reservation email to set up a scheduled recurring payment.
