Only faculty members of institutional member colleges are eligible to be considered for this recognition. Each nomination must include a personal statement speaking to the criteria for the recognition, one letter of recommendation from the faculty member's supervisor or CEO, and one print-quality (300 dpi) headshot of the faculty member.
