2021 Commission Nomination Form for Affiliated Councils

This nomination form is for AACC Affiliated Councils with designated seats on the 6 AACC standing commissions.
The deadline for submitting Affiliated Council appointments is: May 31, 2021 at 5:00pm ET.
All Affiliated Council appointments are for a term of one year July 1 – June 30. The Affiliated Council seat on an AACC Commission may be permanent, but the Council designee is not. Each Affiliated Council must submit a new form each year by the established deadline regardless of whether the Council is reappointing the same individual serving in the previous year.
