Joshua Generation will be hosted at YWAM Greater Philadelphia, 7500 Germantown Rd, Philadelphia, PA, 19119, USA

I hereby certify that my child has permission to participate in the 2024 YWAM Joshua Generation bootcamp and outreach programs from July 5th-21st.

I agree and do hereby release and discharge any person engaged in the activity described above from all claims, present, and future, known and unknown. In any manner arising out of the described activity, I further understand and agree this release shall hold harmless any leader or other person engaged in the activity described above from any and all liability relating to my child and from all personal injury or illness that my child may suffer. I, furthermore, agree to hold them harmless from any loss of property that may occur to my child during the activity described above.

I also acknowledge that I have read and understand YWAM's statement of faith and foundational values and that my child agrees to abide by them during his/her time at Joshua Generation. (YWAM beliefs and values can be found here)
