In an effort to inform you about off-road touring in Mexico, we are providing
the following information and recommendations for your trip.
Please read and acknowledge the following information.

  1. Every Driver/Rider is responsible for his or her own baggage, gear and maintenance of their UTV/SXS during the trip. There will be times when the Tour will travel early in the morning, at night, and in hot and cold weather. Please be prepared with the appropriate clothing and equipment.  There will be times when the Tour may travel over extreme rough and difficult terrain for at least 8 hours per day. Individual riders are expected to provide their own maintenance, make their own provisions to ensure equipment is in proper working order.

  2. All UTV's must be equipped with a light that permits you to ride safely at a reasonable pace at night. Spare parts, tools, mechanical equipment and supplies such as oil, filters, tubes and tires may not be available from Baja Ride Co. during the Tour. Please prepare your UTV so that you can safely start and finish the Tour.

  3. The transport of gas into Mexico is not permitted. Filled spare gas cans are not allowed across the border unless attached to your machine.

  4. The Mexican Customs Authority will require proof of state registration(not titles) for your vehicle, UTV and trailer. It is the law that you have Mexican insurance. All participating vehicles are required to have coverage thru www.ridebaja.com.If you do not have a title or registration for your vehicles you may not be allowed to enter Mexico. Please verifify your trailer is plated or stamped with the vin number matching your registration.

  5. Mandatory Mexican Insurance: RIDE BAJA MEXICAN INSURANCE @
    service@ridebaja.com or Call 1-800-524-2252 to start this process.
  6. Every Rider is responsible for bringing a valid passport to permit entry into Mexico and re-entry into the United States. if you are bringing more than $10,000 USD into Mexico, make sure you clear it with the Customs Officials at the Port of Entry.

  7. All riders are required to secure their own evacuation and medical insurance which provides for Search and Rescue as well as medical Flight for Life Services from Mexico to the United States. All Riders shall also secure medical insurance coverage for medical treatment in Mexico. To aide in safety, all riders will provide Baja Ride Co. with accurate emergency medical information as well as applicable emergency contact information.

  8. Every Driver/Rider agrees and is personally responsible for following the traffic laws of the United States and Mexico. Riders will therefore be held responsible for any traffic or legal violations while in Mexico. Baja Ride Co. will NOT pay to bail you out. Baja Ride Co. expects you to act respectfully and responsibly as a representative of the United States. Reckless riding, stunts or racing is strictly prohibited. This is an Off-Road Tour, not a race.

  9. Weapons, firearms, explosives and drugs are forbidden in Mexico and will not be tolerated.
  10. Covid: Baja Ride Company has no control of a virus, come at your own risk.

By joining Baja Ride Co. on the Tour, you and your party agree that you have read,
understood and will observe these rules. If you should have any questions
