Register today! The North Central Plan is a community-led vision and strategic plan for the Covenant Blu Grand Center and Vandeventer neighborhoods in north St. Louis City. The Plan envisions a community with stronger, more collaborative relationships between residents, businesses, community organizations, faith-based organizations, and government. The 2023 People's Assemblies are a public model to advocate and align support to make the Plan a reality.
