I understand said terms and conditions may change periodically and any changes will apply to this booking until the day travel commences. I will be responsible for the full fare amount of the cabin choice per my selection above as well as the indicated surcharges and port fees and any options (such as transfers) that I have selected. I understand and agree that Deborah J Roberts LLC (Deb Roberts’ Tours) is acting as an independent organizer of this cruise utilizing the services of Holland America Cruise Lines and as such she is not responsible or liable for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of the cruise line, tour company, tour director, guide, hotels, contractors, or any air carrier, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives including, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of travel services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and/or air carriers. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, I agree that Deborah Roberts shall not be liable for any accident, illness, injury, death, property damage or personal loss to me or those travelling with me in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel related services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, bank failure, economic catastrophe, acts of war or terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation of, or changes in itinerary or schedules. I understand there are times when an itinerary must be changed without notice. Deborah Roberts is not liable for any injury to me at any time from any reason during this cruise/tour. I understand this is a custom group tour and that activities are planned to best benefit the entire group. As such, my personal needs will be my own responsibility and not that of the tour director or tour organizer. I also understand that there is a lot of walking, uneven pavement surfaces and there may be a quick pace on this tour and that all participants need to be in good physical condition in order to fully participate. I have checked with my physician regarding my health and fitness to participate on this tour. If I have chosen to purchase travel protection from Deb Roberts' Tours, I understand that I will be billed for this with my final payment invoice. I further understand that ONLY what is purchased from Deb Roberts' Tours is covered by this travel protection and any other purchases such as air travel need to be protected separately. If I have declined travel protection, I acknowledge I am aware of any cancellation penalty associated with my trip and by declining suggested travel protection, I am assuming the financial responsibility of those non-refundable penalties should I have to cancel or interrupt my travel. I understand the final payment deadline is November 1, 2019 and my deposit is fully refundable (less a $100 administration fee per person) until September 15, 2019 , and that deposit refunds are not possible after this date. Deborah J Roberts LLC or Deb Roberts' Tours are not responsible for any part of my penalties or decision, any injury to me or loss or damage to my personal property. I understand any cancellation refunds will not include currency exchange costs or bank fees or any additional fees paid during the booking process.
