It is required that dogs joining the playgroup/boarding be spayed/neutered. Your dog must be up to date on the following vaccines: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. Your pup should have an intestinal parasite screening and be on a flea and tick regimen, including an over-the-counter regimen. All vaccines must be done a minimum of 10 days prior to boarding.

Same-Day Daycare: $20.00/Day (M-F -- 8 am-5 pm)

Overnight Boarding: $25.00/Day

If you pick up by 10 am on your last day of boarding, you will be charged a discounted rate of $15.00 for that final day of boarding.

VPS recommends/prefers dropping off your pet as early as possible in the day to allow your pet time to acclimate to the environment. This will ensure a more comfortable first night for your pup. Discounts are not offered for late drop-offs.

Payment is due upon boarding.

I acknowledge and understand that charges for pet boarding/daycare services will be incurred for each day my pet(s) stay at Vicki's Pet Services. I am aware that my pet(s) will undergo parasite checks, immunization record verification, and coat condition assessments. I further comprehend that any aggressive behavior displayed by my pet towards people or other dogs could result in the refusal of boarding. I am not required to provide pet belongings or toys during check-in, and I accept that Vicki's Pet Services is not liable for any replacement, loss, or damage to such items. Additionally, I authorize Vicki Flettre to exercise her professional judgment in the event of a medical emergency concerning my pet(s) while I am absent.

Photo Release:

I (the "Releasor") hereby grant permission and consent to Vicki's Pet Services (the "Releasee") for the utilization of photograph(s) taken during my pet(s) boarding or daycare activities. These photographs may be used under any legal circumstances, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content:

Payment:

I understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made to me for this release.

Royalties:

I comprehend and agree that I shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation resulting from the use of the photograph(s).

Revocation:

I am aware that once I have given my authorization, the photograph(s) may not be revoked.

Agreement:

Both the Releasor and Releasee fully understand and willingly agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Vicki's Pet Services Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Prior to Boarding:

Vicki's Pet Services does not impose any cancellation charges if you decide to cancel your pet's stay before the scheduled boarding date.

After Arrival at Vicki's:

Once your pet has arrived at Vicki's Pet Services, please note that no credits for future stays or refunds will be issued if you need to shorten your pet's stay, regardless of the reason.
