Journey with us to the 7th Continent. Antarctica is the most remote destination on Earth, and is unlike any place you've ever been. No matter where you've been or what you've seen on previous travels, Antarctica's frozen continent is different from any other destination on the PLANET.
 
On your journey you will cross the infamous Drake Passage (twice), set foot on the Antarctic Peninsula, explore by Zodiac, and get up close to Gentoo penguins.

Yes, Sis, this trip is pricey.  One of the main reasons most don't get a chance to cross off the 7th Continent is cost. Antarctica is costly, but we have extended our payment period up to 18 months to make your monthly payments more affordable. 

At Sisters Traveling Solo, we're about providing affordable "quality" experiences. If we would not stay there, neither will our customers. Prices for a trip to Antarctica will vary, and this is due mainly to the type/quality of ship you are cruising on, season, and route.  Like hotels and regular cruises, there are budget ships, mid-tier, and luxury ships; your cost is based on that. Ourship is in line with our quality standards at Sisters Traveling Solo. 

Like our hotels, we will not name our specific ship, but those who have traveled with Sisters Traveling Solo know that our living arrangements are the one thing we do not play with.

STS TRIP EXPERIENCE

Thank you Sisters for your interest in one of our STS trips!  We appreciate your interest in booking with us as we know there are a lot of other companies you can book with.

To ensure that you do not miss any booking details, please review the statements below. 

1. Sisters Traveling Solo trips are for current Facebook members or "confirmed" members of our Sisters Traveling membership program. Members are our membership program are confirmed once they receive an confirmation email from Sisters Traveling Solo. If Sisters Traveling Solo is unable to verify trip attendees membership based on the contact information provided, or cannot confirm that trip attendee is a woman based on my Facebook profile my deposit will be refunded. *
2. Sisters Traveling Solo has the right to refuse trip attendees deposit for any reasons. *
3. This trip does not include international airfare. *
4. All payments made to Sisters Traveling Solo Travel Group or tour operators are non-refundable and non-transferable. Except as detailed below within the section titled Refund Policy. *
5. Not all places have familiar standards of the Western world (customer service, service times, food variety, air conditioning, ice, straws, cold water, cultural, religious norms, transportation, facial towels, etc.). Sisters Traveling Solo encourages all guest to research on our destination before the trip is booked so that each guest is well aware of the conditions of where we are traveling. *
6. During periods of the trip I may or may not be able to access wifi. And that sometimes the wifi signal can be spotty. Sisters Traveling Solo cannot guarantee working wifi or internet at anytime during the trip. *
7. Double occupancy is a shared room with two beds. Double room bed type for this trip is two twin beds. Guest can pay additional cost for single occupancy which is non shared room with one bed. After the deposit is paid, Sisters Traveling Solo will not accept any changes to room type. Hotel stay may require a security deposit for each room. Trip attendees are responsible for that deposit. The deposit is a hold that will be applied to your credit card and then released after check out. *
8. Any trip attendee who does not have a roommate at least 2 months before the trip departure date that Sisters Traveling Solo will assign them a roommate. *
9. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimbursement any trip attendee if any part of the trip is missed for any reasons. This includes but are not limited to late arrival due to flight delays, early departure, delayed airport transfers, etc. Sisters Traveling Solo will do our best to reschedule an activity given that rescheduling does not add any additional expenses to Sisters Traveling Solo. If Sisters Traveling Solo is unable to reschedule at no additional cost, there will be no reimbursement of any activity. *
10. Any airport transfers provided by Sisters Traveling Solo will be provided on the trip start date (5am - 11pm local time) and final day (12am - 11am local time) of the trip. If trip attendee arrives before the trip starts, arrive to the trip late, leave before the trip ends, arrives or departs outside of the said times, or stays longer than the trip last it is my responsibility to make my own lodging, local transport, and airport transportation. If Sisters Traveling Solo confirms that our driver is at the airport to pick guest up, and guest decides to book their own transport, there will be no reimbursement for airport transport given. In addition, Sisters Traveling Solo drivers will wait a MAX 30 minutes after the set transfer time/flight arrival time (if there are any delays) for participate to arrive at the pick up area. Our driver will leave after 30 minutes of waiting for the passenger. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimburse any participate who misses the pre-arranged transfer. *
11. All trip attendees must sign up for the customer portal to receive and pay my invoices each month. Invoices are sent on the 5th of every month. Each trip attendee should alert Sisters Traveling Solo before invoice due date for some reason they have not received an invoice. Sisters Traveling Solo will send (1) invoice a month. *
12. All trip attendees are required to submit flight and travel insurance information to Sisters Traveling Solo at least 6 weeks before trip departure date. Sisters Traveling Solo will provide each trip attendee with a link to submit requested information. Sisters Traveling Solo will not accept any information that was asked to be submitted via a link via email. Guest should submit their information taking into account possible submission issues. *
13. Sisters Traveling Solo trips are planned over a year in advance and that the initial itinerary provided is subject. Circumstances may arise where we must make changes. Whatever occurs Sisters Traveling Solo will do everything in our powers to ensure that the trip goes on as planned. These changes may result in shorter breaks between activities or change of activity. An initial trip itinerary will be provided at least 10 weeks after the trip options for booking. *
14. Any trip related questions or concerns that I have should be emailed to tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo.com AFTER I am confirmed as a trip attendee. Submitting a trip deposit is not confirmation of trip attendance. Non confirmed trip attendees should continue to email info@sisterstravelingsolo.com *
15. It is trip attendees responsibility to provide Sisters Traveling Solo with accurate contact information. Trip registration should be made in the name as it appears on trip attendees passport. *
16. Hotel Deposits. Sisters Traveling Solo covers the full price of each room; however, members may be asked for a credit card upon check-in for their room incidentals.  Sisters Traveling Solo will alert members when providing the final trip itinerary deposit amount required by the hotel.  *
17. Information Deadlines. All guest must submit all required trip information on time as requested by Sisters Traveling Solo. Guest trip is subject to cancellation if information is not received on time. All trip information is required based on the deadlines stated below in the "important deadline" section of this trip registration form. Sisters Traveling Solo will notify guest letting them know when any information is due and how to submit it. No special arrangements will be made if guest misses deadlines. Trips will not be restated once cancelled. *
18. Sisters Traveling Solo trips depart on time. Members will be provided with a final itinerary before the trip departure date. Sisters Traveling Solo will leave promptly at the time listed on the itinerary. Any guest not present at the time of departure is subject to be left behind. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimburse anyone who misses an activity due to not arriving at the departure location on time. If there are any changes to the times of departure all guest will be notified in person or via Whatsapp. *
19. Sisters Traveling Solo prepays for airport transfers roughly 30 days before the trip based on arrival / departure times. Arrival flight delays are monitored by our transport companies whom in turn are able to wait for any guest who flight arrives late. In regards to departure times our transport companies are not as flexible. Guest should note that no changes to departure times or counts will be made less than 2 weeks out from the trip or during the trip. If guest provides their flight information to Sisters Traveling Solo after it is requested (1 month before departure) guest will need to arrange their own arrival and departure transfer. If guest departure flight is delayed, guest decides to take a different departure flight or make any other changes that cause a change in the departure time that was relayed to Sisters Traveling Solo a month before the trip; the guest can use the departure transfer provided by Sisters Traveling Solo at the time confirmed when providing the final itinerary or guest can arrange their own transfer at their own expense. *
20. Sisters Traveling Solo traveling trip payments are sent to customers on the 5th of each month. I understand that if i do not receive an email on the 5th of the month that it is my responsibility to notify Sisters Traveling Solo that an invoice was not received before the invoice due date of the 15th. I furthermore understand that I am still held to all trip payment due dates and cancellation terms if I decide not to alert Sisters Traveling Solo that an invoice was not received by the 5th of the month. *
21. Sisters Traveling Solo will provide trip attendee with a link to upload important trip information (passport, flight, insurance, or visa). Any information sent for any reason (including technical) via email will not be accepted or reviewed and does not meet our submission standards. *
22. Sisters Traveling Solo will alert trip participates if a COVID-19 test is required before entry into the Country. In addition, to the cost of the test. The cost of the test or any required COVID-19 vaccination are not included in trip cost. *

The ideal traveler for Sisters traveling Solo trips:

- has an appreciations and respect for diversity (e.g., people, customs, languages, religions)
- has a desire to learn, grow, evolve, is not a constant complainer, can engage with other trip goer's, can do a bit of research, and has an overall spirit of fun and adventure. ​
 
LOCAL CUSTOMS​
On our trips and we will be interacting with locals, working with them, and being invited into their homes, we ask that attendees be respectful of local customs. Our cultural trips are focused on getting to know the people and are designed to be less touristy, which excludes major tourist attractions.
 
PATIENCE
Sisters Traveling Solo will do our best to ensure that our trips run according to schedule. However, trip attendees should be aware that at times we run ahead or behind schedule. Attending our trips will require that participants are patient at times.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Trip attendees should be aware that unlike the US, many of the places we visit may not have a variety of meal options to cater to restricted diets. Strict dietary restrictions may result in minimal food options for those attendees who may be vegan.

Our pre-trip communication is done via email only.  Important documents are uploaded to our customer portal for review per the timelines listed in the section below labeled trip important deadlines.  Any trip questions can be emailed to tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo.com
 
ON-TRIP COMMUNICATION
Our on trip communication is done via WHATSAPP.  All trip participates are asked to download the app before arrival into the Country we are visiting.  
 
INVOICING 
Invoices are available on the 5th of each month via the customer portal.  Sisters Traveling Solo does not provide invoices upon special request. Each customer will receive one (1) invoice per month on the 5th of each month.
 
If a customer would like to pay off a trip, they should email Sisters Traveling Solo at tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo between the 1st and 5th each month. Sisters Traveling Solo will send out an invoice to pay off remaining trip balance on or before the 8th of each month.  Request to pay off trip invoice will only be accepted between the 1st and 5th of each month. 
 
CUSTOMER PORTAL 
After booking, all customer will be sent an email with a link to our customer portal.  Customers must sign up to this customer portal to access and pay monthly invoices.  Customer should bookmark the customer portal site for future reference. 
 
All important trip documents will be uploaded to the customer portal as outline in the important trip document section of this trip registration form.

There will be (1) Sisters Traveling Solo team member hosting this trip.

 

Additional information:

Sisters Traveling has built solid relationships with vendors we have worked with in the past, some of which we know can provide the on the ground service that we need.  For some of our trips the tour will be ran by our local tour guide and no Sisters Traveling Solo team member will be on the trip as we are 100% confident in the local teams ability to provide excellent service. Sisters Traveling Solo will be in daily contact with the local guide to ensure things are running smoothly, and members will also be able to contact us if there are any issues while on the trip.

The standard stateroom is close to the Mudroom and has quick access to the ship's platforms for disembarkation. This is very convenient if you have more limited mobility and would like a short distance to the platforms. The standard staterooms have two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staterooms are located on deck three except for one, which is located on deck 4.

DAY 01: DEC. 5, 2022​ - ARRIVAL INTO BUENOS AIRES

​Trip attendees should plan to arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on December 5, 2022.  After landing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, collect your bags, meet your driver, and head to our hotel. ​

The rest of the day / evening is yours to relax, or explore. 

 

DAY 02 DEC. 6, 2022​ - TRANSFER TO USHUAIA

​This morning we will depart as a group to Buenos Aires airport for our group flight to Ushuaia, Argentina. After collecting our bags we will meet our driver, and head to our hotel. ​Flight time to be provided (3) months before trip departure date.

In the evening, we will all get together for a welcome dinner. Over dinner, we will get to know each other. 

 

Meal(s) Included: Dinner will be pre-set menu, buffet, or (1) main course selection. (1) bottled water or water for the table

 

DAY 03: DECEMBER 7, 2022​ - BOARD THE SHIP

​This morning is yours to spend sleeping in or taking in a few sights in Ushuaia. Ushuaia the world's southernmost town. Explore the quaint city or local countryside. Alternatively, consider a day trip off the beaten path to Tierra del Fuego's raw, natural archipelago. It's a hiker's paradise with rugged snow-capped mountains, glaciers, flower-filled meadows, and boggy quagmires.

 

In the afternoon, we board our ship, Ocean Atlantic. Our journey begins as we navigate through the calms of Beagle Channel, a strait in the Tierra del Fuego Archipelago.

DAY 04 - 05: DEC. 8 - 9, 2022​​ - DRAKE PASSAGE

​Sailing onward, we cross the famed Drake Passage - a body of water that marks the intersection of the cold Antarctic with the warmer Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The Drake Passage is known for rollicking conditions and strong westerly winds, called the Roaring Fifties. While this passage may be challenging, you can rest confidently aboard our expedition vessel, Ocean Atlantic, purpose-built with stabilizers, powerful engines, and a highly qualified crew. The most spirited sailors consider the Drake Passage a lifetime achievement, and you will complete the crossing twice!

 

In the Drake, the excitement builds as Antarctic wildlife comes into view. Weather permitting, we will catch our first sight of seals and penguins! The area is also well-known for its abundance of birds.

DAY 06 - 09: DEC. 10 - 13, 2022​ - SOUTH SHETLAND AND ANTARCTICA PENINSULA

Over the next few days, we will explore the sub-Antarctic islands of the South Shetland chain first. 

 

Projected land excursions off-ship include:

  • King George Island.
  • Deception Island, an extinct volcano with waters warm enough for a polar swim.
  • Half Moon Island with nesting Wilson's storm petrels and chinstrap penguins.

As the white shimmer of Antarctica looms on our horizon, the presence of wildlife multiples by tens of thousands with many species of lively penguins, inquisitive seals, nesting birds, and the spray of marine mammals. Wildlife abounds along our projected route along the Antarctic Peninsula: leopard, fur, and Weddell seals of Cuverville Island; humpback whales of Gerlache Strait; Paradise Bay; the dramatic Lemaire Channel's orcas.

The itinerary and activities over the next few days, depending on weather and ice conditions. The route and shore landings will be determined by the captain and expedition leader and communicated to guests through regularly scheduled briefings.

CHRISTMAS DAY GIFT EXCHANGE: We will do a gift exchange. Each trip attendee will be asked to purchase a gift with a value of $50 for another attendee. Details on the exchange will be provided late next year. 

 

DAY 10 - 11: DEC. 14 - 15, 2022 - DEPART ANTARCTICA

​On Day 9, we depart Antarctica and spend two days at sea on our way back to the calms of Beagle Channel and Ushuaia, Argentina. En-route, we will cross the Drake Passage and cruise past Cape Horn, a legendary maritime landmark and South America's southern tip.

 

During our time at sea, a variety of activities will be arranged onboard, and it provides the perfect opportunity to socialize with fellow travelers.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on the ship.

 

DAY 12 - DECEMBER 16, 2022​ - DEPARTURES

​This morning, we arrive back in Ushuaia, where our tour ends. Our ship should arrive back in Ushuaia no later than 9 AM. After docking, we will take a group transfer back to the airport for our afternoon flight. Our trips end upon arrival at Buenos Aires airport.  

 

Meals Included: Breakfast on the ship. 

 

Flight Notes: 

Flight details will be provided (3) months before the trip departure date. A single group transfer will be arranged from the ship directly to the airport.

Trip participants should note that Sisters Traveling Solo cannot predict what flight times will be available for a 2022 departure from Ushuaia. Our team will do our best to book a flight that ensures there is ample time for all trip participants to deboard our ship and head to the airport. This may mean a late afternoon or early evening flight.  

 

Ship Meal Notes: 

Meals on the ship do not include beverages. Guest will have to purchase beverages packages for non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages. There are free water stations located throughout the ship.

TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Daily Zodiac Excursions - Essential for expedition cruises, Zodiacs are robust boats that can go up on a beach, a rocky outcrop, a river bank or even an ice floe push through bergy bits of ice floating in the water. This is definitely one on the assets that distinguishes this way of exploring from more conventional cruises.

Zodiacs enable our guests to explore the scenery from a very different perspective:
They allow us to safely do landings in wild places with no infrastructure, often before or after a landing or as the main excursion. They allow us to take our guests to interesting places just around the corner or around an iceberg, which is a great way to get really near wildlife or to watch the ice formations up close, take unimaginable photographs and feel a closer connection to the nature in the area. Most of the zodiac operations are planned in advance, but they can also be used spontaneously if we discover some unique sightings on our way.  

If you can negotiate normal stairs you can also can get in and out of a Zodiac. In the gangway we have strong seamen that will give you a firm and helping hand. On shore you will also get the help when needed. It’s important to keep both hands free, so you can accept the provided support. Sitting on the boat, you just need to hold on to the rope and enjoy the fresh Polar air end the scenery.

Polar Plunge - The Polar Plunge is scheduled once during each voyage if weather permits.  Participating in the Ppolar Plunge is optional, and at your own risk. The Polar Plunge sometimes takes place onshore or, in many cases, from the gangway or Zodiac.  


(1) Kayaking Experience - Glide through the waters and take in the royal grace of the icebergs, see the varied birds and seals, and maybe even the whales in their natural habitat under the supervision of experienced kayak guides, who will ensure your safety during each outing. Although kayaking opportunities are possible in most locations during each excursion in the Antarctic region, weather, sea, and ice conditions will dictate when and where to ensure your safety and improve your experience.

To participate in this activity, you need to have previous kayaking experience and attend a mandatory safety briefing by the Kayak Master.  

Additional kayaking experiences can be purchased for $250/per person. Additional experiences request will be take (8) months before trip departure date. Invoice will be sent to trip attendees, due no later than (6) months before trip departure. Trip attendees can opt to book additional experiences on board the ship.  Sisters Traveling Solo cannot guarantee availability for additonal experiences. 
 
(1) Snowshoeing Experience - (1) Snowshoeing experience is included in the trip cost.
Snowshoeing is an activity that allows you to hike across soft, powdery snow up gentle slopes to reach unique vantage points without the hassle of sinking into deep snow. Snowshoeing is as basic as hiking, and you do not need to have previous experience. The snowshoe program is not intended to occur during all landing activities, but rather when the weather, terrain, and snow conditions are appropriate. The duration is approximately 2 - 3 hours.

Additional Snowshoeing experiences can be purchased for $100/per person. Additional experiences request will be take (8) months before trip departure date.  Invoice will be sent to trip attendees, due no later than (6) months before trip departure. Trip attendees can opt to book additional experiences on board the ship.  Sisters Traveling Solo cannot guarantee availability for additonal experiences.

DOMESTIC ROUND TRIP FLIGHT

Roundtrip domestic flight from Buenos Aires to Ushauia. 


Note: the trip ends upon arrival back into Buenos Aires.  Note: Sisters Traveling Solo provide domestic flight information at least (3) months before trip departure.  Our ship arrival back into Ushauia is set for 9 AM, so, domestic flights will be based on the time it takes all trip attendees to unboard the ship, collect their bags, and for us travel to the airport.  This may mean a late afternoon or early evening flight based on the airline offering. 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Arrival Transfers: Sisters Traveling Solo will provide arrival transfers on Dec. 5, 2022, between 5 AM - 11 PM (local time) from Buenos Aires airport to our host hotel. Transfers to be made based on trip attendee arrival times. Attendees coming in within an hour of each other will be placed on the same transfer. 

Departure Transfer (Buenos Aires to Ushuaia): Sisters Traveling Solo will arrange (1) group transfer on Dec. 6, 2022 from our Buenos Aires host hotel to the Beunos Aires airport.

Departure Transfer: Sisters Traveling Solo will arrange (1) group transfer on Dec. 16, 2022, once we dock back into Ushuaia from the ship to the airport. The trip ends upon arrival at Ushuaia airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotels rooms will consist of one full or two twin beds based on occupancy.

Sisters Traveling Solo will provide each Trip Attendees a detailed list of things to note that will help you plan for your trip. This includes clothing, housekeeping, currency, onboard charges, dress code, internet/phone usage, what to expect, etc. Information to be provided to each trip attendee at least (1) year before trip departure.

You should note that before booking this trip, this is an expedition; it is not your typical cruise.  There will be baggage weight contraints. 

This trip is for:
- anyone who wants to cross off Antarctica off their bucket list
- anyone who likes nature, animals, and being outdoors. Our off-ship excursions will be on smaller zodiac boats.
- anyone who is flexible. Our schedule will adjust as weather permits

This trip is not for:
- anyone who gets severe motion sickness
- anyone who has issues with mobility. Our trip will require getting on and off zodiac boats
- anyone who is on a stringent budget. This trip is an investment.  
- anyone who is an extreme overpacker. your bags will be weighed upon boarding the ship.

TRIP CANCELLATION TERMS

Trip Cancellation Due to Missed Payment: 

 

Trip will be automatically cancelled after ONE missed payment.  No refund of deposit or payments will be provided to a trip cancelled due to missed payments. If trip is cancelled due to missed payments, trip deposit cannot be applied to any future Sisters Traveling Solo trips.  Attendees will be given a 3-day grace period after the 15th of the month to make their payment.  If trip payment is not received by 11:59pm EST on the 18th of the month the trip will be automatically cancelled.  

 

Trip Cancellation Due to Missed Deadlines: 

 

Trip will be automatically cancelled if required trip information is not provided by the required deadline.  Sisters Traveling Solo will alert trip attendee once that the required information has not been submitted.  Trip attendee will be required to submit the required trip information to avoid trip cancellation.  Trip will be cancelled after 24 hours if requested information has not be received.

TRIP REFUND POLICY

Fully Deposit Refundable  - up until December 31, 2021 (11:59 PM EST)

Deposit will be refunded upon request until December 31, 2021 (11:59 PM EST).  Refund request most be sent to tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo.com on our before December 31, 2021 (11:59 PM EST).   

Deposit Refundable minus administration fee - up until January 31, 2022 (11:59 PM EST)

Cancellations received between January 1 - 31, 2021 (11:59 PM EST) will be refundable less an administration fee of USD $1,250.00 per person.  Fee will be deducted from deposit or payments made towards the trip.  

Non-refundable deposit and payments - after January 31, 2022 (11:59 PM EST)

Trip deposit and payments become non-refundable after January 31, 2022 (11:59 PM EST).

Deposit Transfer to Another trip 

Trip deposit cannot be applied to another trip.  Another trip includes the same trip itinerary that is offered on a different week than what was booked.  

Payment Transfer to Another trip

Total Trip Transfer to Another Person

Trip transfer can be made once the total price of the trip is paid by trip attendee.  Transfer can be up to 120 days before trip departure. Name changes will be accepted with a payment of USD 250.00 prior to final payment

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT 

Flight information for all participates attending a Sisters Traveling Solo trip is required at least (6) weeks before trip departure. No flight booking assistance is provided by Sisters Traveling Solo unless included in the trip cost.

International Flight Submission Deadline:

All flight information must be submitted to Sisters Traveling Solo at least (6) weeks before the trip departure date. Any participant who fails to provide their flight information late is subject to complete trip cancellation without a refund.

(3) Months before the trip departure date Sisters Traveling Solo will notify trip you via email the steps to submit your flight information. Flight information sent via email will not be accepted.   

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Sisters Traveling Solo requires that all trip participants purchase travel insurance. The minimum coverage amount for travel insurance is $250,000.  We highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance as soon as possible in case you have to cancel your trip so that if you have to cancel, your travel insurance policy to seek reimbursement. 

  • The minimum coverage amounts of $250,000 must include medical and evacuation. When adding the line item labeled medical in the travel insurance policy to the line item marked evacuation in the travel policy; that coverage amount must total at least $250,000
  • Sisters Traveling Solo does not provide recommendations on travel insurance carriers, and they all have different terms and policies. As a starting point in your search, we have provided an articles that discuss travel insurance.

  • Sisters Traveling Solo does not assist in the process of obtaining a visa. Use of our Sisters Traveling Solo is one option you can use to purchase your Visa. Technical issues and delivery questions should be sent directly to VisaHQ.

  • Required passport information may be needed when you sign up or after.
  • Participate confirmed passport information is required at least (5) months before the trip departure date.
  • Sisters Traveling Solo will book a participate flight with the most recent passport information provided.
  • Participate will be responsible for any fees associated with provided Sisters Traveling Solo incorrect, wrong, or expired information.  

Passport Submission Deadline:

(6) Months before the trip departure date Sisters Traveling Solo will notify you via email the steps to submit your Visa information. Visa information sent via email will not be accepted.    

Failure to provide required information per the deadlines above will result in trip cancellation.  Sisters Traveling Solo will notifty trip attendee if required information has not been received on time.  Trip attendees will be provided 24 hours to submit requested information.  After 24 hours if information has not be recieved, attendees trip will be cancelled.
