Event Tickets are Non-Refundable.
The ticket remains non-refundable if the event is postponed to a later date due to COVID-19.
Approved Ticket Transfers
Tickets can be transferred to another participant on or before August 15, 2021. After August 15, 2021 (11:59 pm EST), no transfers will be accepted. An email MUST be sent to info@sistersintravelconference.com on or before August 15, 2021 (11:59 pm EST), to transfer your event ticket.
The transfer is NOT approved until Sisters In Travel Conference sends the conference attendee an approval email. Any conference attendee who approves a transferred ticket that was not approved will be denied access to the conference. Any conference attendee who transfers their ticket to someone else, without approval from Sisters In Travel Conference, will be banned from all Sisters In Travel and Sisters Traveling Solo events and social followings (i.e. Facebook group).
If Event Is Postponed
If Sisters In Travel Conference announces that the conference is postponed to a later date during 2021 or the following year. In that case, the conference attendee will receive a conference credit voucher to be used for the next scheduled conference. Conference voucher becomes void if the issued voucher/coupon code is not used towards the next scheduled conference's ticket price. Any overage in ticket redeemed amount refunded within 14 business days of new conference signup and submission.
