Sisters Traveling Solo traditional trip experiences are fun and experiential tours that are designed for those sisters wanting to visit popular tourist destinations. These tours are great for beginners to the most experienced travelers. Be sure to bring your camera, because we plan these trips to be packed with post worthy instagram moments.

Sisters Traveling Solo trips are planned over a year in advance and that the initial itinerary provided is subject to change. Whatever occurs, Sisters Traveling Solo will do everything in our power to ensure that the trip goes on as planned. These changes may result in shorter breaks between activities or a change of activity.

Travelers final trip itinerary to be provided (4) weeks before trip departure.

Hey Sis, visiting Australia during the New Year is not cheap, so we have extended our monthly payments to 10 months.

 

All payments made to Sisters Traveling Solo are non-refundable and non-transferable. Except as detailed below within the section titled Refund Policy.

TRAVELER INFORMATION

Sisters Traveling Solo trips are WOMEN only. 
You MUST be 21 years or older at the time of trip departure. 
 
Hey Sis! It is up to each Traveler to carefully review all terms and conditions stated within this trip registration form. We understand that things happen; however, Sisters Traveling Solo holds to the terms outlined within this registration form. If you disagree with our terms, you should NOT sign up for a trip with our company. 
New customers please note that you will have to go through the additional step of signing our travel agreement before your spot on any of our trips is confirmed.  

GENERAL COMPANY TERMS

1. Sisters Traveling Solo reserves to refuse trip attendees deposit for any reasons. *
2. This trip does not include international airfare. *
3. All payments made to Sisters Traveling Solo are non-refundable and non-transferable. Except as detailed below within the section titled Refund Policy. *
4. Any airport transfers provided by Sisters Traveling Solo will be provided on the trip start date as listed on the trip itinerary from 7 AM - 11 PM local time. And on the last day of the trip, as listed on the trip itinerary from 12 AM - 12 PM local time. There will be no reimbursement or rescheduling a transfer for anyone who misses their prepaid airport transfer paid by our company. *
5. If an activity is considered high-risk by Sisters Traveling Solo. In that case, the Company will require Traveler to sign a liability waiver to participate in the activity. *
6. Double occupancy is a shared two-person room with two beds. Travelers can pay an additional cost for single occupancy, one person per room with one bed. Sisters Traveling Solo covers the total price of each room; however, members may be asked for a credit card upon check-in for their room incidentals. Travelers are responsible for any room deposits or extra room charges. *
7. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimburse any trip attendee if any part of the trip is missed. This includes but is not limited to late arrival due to flight delays, early departure, delayed airport transfers, etc. Sisters Traveling Solo will try to reschedule an activity missed when possible as long as rescheduling does not add any additional expenses to Sisters Traveling Solo. If Sisters Traveling Solo cannot reschedule at no extra cost, there will be no reimbursement of any activity. *
8. If a refund is issued due to a payment overcharge or for any other reason, Sisters Traveling Solo will only issue refunds to the original credit card used to make the purchase. *
9. Sisters Traveling has built solid relationships with vendors we have worked with in the past, some of which we know can provide the ground service we need.  The tour will be operated solely by our local tour guide for some of our trips. No Sisters Traveling Solo team members will be on the trip. We are 100% confident in the local team's ability to provide excellent service. Sisters Traveling Solo will contact the local guide daily to ensure things are running smoothly. Members will also be able to contact us if there are any issues while on the trip.  For Solo Getaways, there will be no host on the trip; however, Travelers will be provided with a local contact in case there are any issues during the trip. *

WHAT'S INCLUDED

4-Star Hotel Accommodations - 4-nights in Sydney, 4-nights in Melbourne

Hotel Rooms - Rooms will consist of one full or two twin beds based on occupancy.

Hotel Amenities Include: Air-conditioning, wireless internet, in-room safe, a satellite TV, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.  Twin beds may be in close proximity to one another, but there will be two separate twin beds.

Sydney City Tour - Sydney is an enormous City, stretching more 60 Km (37 miles) from North to South and 60 km from West to East. We start our day from the oldest part of Sydney, "The Rocks" and finish the day at the beautiful historical location the Captain Cook landing. During the tour you will see the main highlights of Sydney and will be presented with the hidden gems that only us local Aussies know of, this will include interesting stories, many photo opportunities, you could feed cockatoos, try fresh seafood or lamb during Sydney Tour.

Blue Mountains Tour - Australia cannot be complete without exploring the immense beauty and wonder of the spectacular Blue Mountains. With breathtaking views from Australia's famous mountain tops and terrain that bustles with spectacular wildlife,swiss replica watches, sandstone cliffs, and rock formations that tower above you like the skyscrapers of New York City only to be broken by the bluest water of the waterfalls that run between them. You'll even see water that flows the wrong way if you look close.

Visit Eureka Skydeck - Nothing you have ever experienced will prepare you for the awe inspiring view of Melbourne from the observation deck of the highest public vantage point in the Southern Hemisphere. Located at Level 88, Eureka Skydeck is Melbourne's new 'must-see' attraction. Skydeck 88 is the only observation deck in the world that can thrill you with the Edge - a glass cube which projects 3 metres out from the building, with you in it!

Visit National Gallery of Victoria - The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is the oldest and most visited gallery in Australia. Situated over two magnificent buildings – NGV International and NGV Australia – the Gallery presents over 40 exhibitions a year including major international blockbusters and a wide range of exhibitions, programs and events, from contemporary art to fashion and design, and major historical exhibitions that are internationally exclusive to Melbourne.

Queen Victoria Foodie Tour - Get a real taste of Melbourne on this 2-hour walking tour of the famous Queen Victoria Market, which dates back to the 19th-century. Enjoy tastings of delicious seasonal delicacies (included). Tasting will depend on what is fresh on the day, but typically include Coffin Bay Oysters, grilled peppered kangaroo, pickled octopus, local goats’ milk cheese, fresh dolmades and Victorian olives. Your tour ends with a famous hot jam doughnut from the iconic American Doughnut Kitchen.

Yarra Valley Private Winery tour - Our Yarra Valley wine tour will give you the opportunity to appreciate regional wines, some of which will be well-known labels and some local. During your tastings you will find out about the history of the origins of local wine-making. During the tour we visit (4) wineries during our tour.

Arrival Airport Transfers - Airport transfer on the start on start date of tour from Sydney airport to Sydney hotel

BOOK YOUR TRIP

Trip bookings can be made online with major credit cards in US dollars. Credit card charges will be accepted online to fulfill non-refundable deposit requirements. After 24-hours of submitting your deposit, there will be no switching to another trip or another trip week. Travelers should ensure they book the correct trip, trip week, and room type before submitting this trip registration form. The room type cannot be changed after the deposit has been submitted.

REFUND POLICY

The trip deposit will be refunded upon request via email 24-hours after the trip has been booked. After 24-hours of trip registration submission, all payments (deposits and monthly payments) to Sisters Traveling Solo are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or another trip.

THINGS TO KNOW:

FACEBOOK GROUP/GROUP CHATS - Our company goes not create trip Facebook groups, chats, meetups, etc. Unless specifically stated in the trip inclusions section on our website.  
 
PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATION - Our pre-trip communication is done via email only.   
 
ON-TRIP COMMUNICATION -Our on-trip communication is done via WHATSAPP. All trip participants are asked to download the app before arriving at the Country we are visiting.
 
INVOICING - Invoices are available on the 5th of each month via the customer portal. Sisters Traveling Solo does not provide invoices upon special request. Each customer will receive one (1) invoice per month on the 5th.

If a Traveler wants to pay off a trip, they should email our support team (email address to be provided after booking) between the 1st and 5th of each month. Sisters Traveling Solo will send out an invoice to pay off the remaining trip balance on or before the 8th of each month. Request to pay off trip invoice will only be accepted between the 1st and 5th of each month.
 
CUSTOMER PORTAL - A week after booking, Travelers will be sent an email with a link to our customer portal. Travelers must sign up to this customer portal to access and pay monthly invoices. All important trip documents will be uploaded to the customer portal as outlined in this trip registration form's important trip document section.
