Sisters Traveling Solo traditional trip experiences are fun and experiential tours that are designed for those sisters wanting to visit popular tourist destinations. At Sisters Traveling Solo, we're about providing affordable "quality" experiences. If we would not stay there, neither will our customers. Prices for a trip to Morocco will vary, depending on your room type, resort qualities, amenties, meal options, and activities. Our resort is in line with our quality standards at Sisters Traveling Solo.

We will not name our specific resort, but those who have traveled with Sisters Traveling Solo know that our living arrangements are the one thing we do not play with.

5. Not all places have familiar standards of the Western world (customer service, service times, food variety, air conditioning, ice, straws, cold water, cultural, religious norms, transportation, facial towels, etc.). Sisters Traveling Solo encourages all guest to research on our destination before the trip is booked so that each guest is well aware of the conditions of where we are traveling. *

6. During periods of the trip I may or may not be able to access wifi. And that sometimes the wifi signal can be spotty. Sisters Traveling Solo cannot guarantee working wifi or internet at anytime during the trip. *

7. Double occupancy is a shared room with two beds. Double room bed type for this trip is two twin beds. Guest can pay additional cost for single occupancy which is non shared room with one bed. After the deposit is paid, Sisters Traveling Solo will not accept any changes to room type. Hotel stay may require a security deposit for each room. Trip attendees are responsible for that deposit. The deposit is a hold that will be applied to your credit card and then released after check out. *

8. Any trip attendee who does not have a roommate at least 2 months before the trip departure date that Sisters Traveling Solo will assign them a roommate. *

9. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimbursement any trip attendee if any part of the trip is missed for any reasons. This includes but are not limited to late arrival due to flight delays, early departure, delayed airport transfers, etc. Sisters Traveling Solo will do our best to reschedule an activity given that rescheduling does not add any additional expenses to Sisters Traveling Solo. If Sisters Traveling Solo is unable to reschedule at no additional cost, there will be no reimbursement of any activity. *

10. Any airport transfers provided by Sisters Traveling Solo will be provided on the trip start date (5am - 11pm local time) and final day (12am - 11am local time) of the trip. If trip attendee arrives before the trip starts, arrive to the trip late, leave before the trip ends, arrives or departs outside of the said times, or stays longer than the trip last it is my responsibility to make my own lodging, local transport, and airport transportation. If Sisters Traveling Solo confirms that our driver is at the airport to pick guest up, and guest decides to book their own transport, there will be no reimbursement for airport transport given. In addition, Sisters Traveling Solo drivers will wait a MAX 30 minutes after the set transfer time/flight arrival time (if there are any delays) for participate to arrive at the pick up area. Our driver will leave after 30 minutes of waiting for the passenger. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimburse any participate who misses the pre-arranged transfer. *

11. All trip attendees must sign up for the customer portal to receive and pay my invoices each month. Invoices are sent on the 5th of every month. Each trip attendee should alert Sisters Traveling Solo before invoice due date for some reason they have not received an invoice. Sisters Traveling Solo will send (1) invoice a month. *

12. All trip attendees are required to submit flight and travel insurance information to Sisters Traveling Solo at least 6 weeks before trip departure date. Sisters Traveling Solo will provide each trip attendee with a link to submit requested information. Sisters Traveling Solo will not accept any information that was asked to be submitted via a link via email. Guest should submit their information taking into account possible submission issues. *

13. Sisters Traveling Solo trips are planned over a year in advance and that the initial itinerary provided is subject. Circumstances may arise where we must make changes. Whatever occurs Sisters Traveling Solo will do everything in our powers to ensure that the trip goes on as planned. These changes may result in shorter breaks between activities or change of activity. An initial trip itinerary will be provided at least 10 weeks after the trip options for booking. *

15. It is trip attendees responsibility to provide Sisters Traveling Solo with accurate contact information. Trip registration should be made in the name as it appears on trip attendees passport. *

16. Hotel Deposits. Sisters Traveling Solo covers the full price of each room; however, members may be asked for a credit card upon check-in for their room incidentals. Sisters Traveling Solo will alert members when providing the final trip itinerary deposit amount required by the hotel. *

17. Information Deadlines. All guest must submit all required trip information on time as requested by Sisters Traveling Solo. Guest trip is subject to cancellation if information is not received on time. All trip information is required based on the deadlines stated below in the "important deadline" section of this trip registration form. Sisters Traveling Solo will notify guest letting them know when any information is due and how to submit it. No special arrangements will be made if guest misses deadlines. Trips will not be restated once cancelled. *

18. Sisters Traveling Solo trips depart on time. Members will be provided with a final itinerary before the trip departure date. Sisters Traveling Solo will leave promptly at the time listed on the itinerary. Any guest not present at the time of departure is subject to be left behind. Sisters Traveling Solo will not reimburse anyone who misses an activity due to not arriving at the departure location on time. If there are any changes to the times of departure all guest will be notified in person or via Whatsapp. *

19. Sisters Traveling Solo prepays for airport transfers roughly 30 days before the trip based on arrival / departure times. Arrival flight delays are monitored by our transport companies whom in turn are able to wait for any guest who flight arrives late. In regards to departure times our transport companies are not as flexible. Guest should note that no changes to departure times or counts will be made less than 2 weeks out from the trip or during the trip. If guest provides their flight information to Sisters Traveling Solo after it is requested (1 month before departure) guest will need to arrange their own arrival and departure transfer. If guest departure flight is delayed, guest decides to take a different departure flight or make any other changes that cause a change in the departure time that was relayed to Sisters Traveling Solo a month before the trip; the guest can use the departure transfer provided by Sisters Traveling Solo at the time confirmed when providing the final itinerary or guest can arrange their own transfer at their own expense. *

20. Sisters Traveling Solo traveling trip payments are sent to customers on the 5th of each month. I understand that if i do not receive an email on the 5th of the month that it is my responsibility to notify Sisters Traveling Solo that an invoice was not received before the invoice due date of the 15th. I furthermore understand that I am still held to all trip payment due dates and cancellation terms if I decide not to alert Sisters Traveling Solo that an invoice was not received by the 5th of the month. *

21. Sisters Traveling Solo will provide trip attendee with a link to upload important trip information (passport, flight, insurance, or visa). Any information sent for any reason (including technical) via email will not be accepted or reviewed and does not meet our submission standards. *

22. Sisters Traveling Solo will alert trip participates if a COVID-19 test is required before entry into the Country. In addition, to the cost of the test. The cost of the test or any required COVID-19 vaccination are not included in trip cost. *

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT TRAVELING WITH US.

FLEXIBILITY

The ideal traveler for Sisters traveling Solo trips:
-someone who embodies patience and flexibility
- has a willingness to try new things
- has an appreciations and respect for diversity (e.g., people, customs, languages, religions)
- has a desire to learn, grow, evolve, is not a constant complainer, can engage with other trip goer's, can do a bit of research, and has an overall spirit of fun and adventure.

LOCAL CUSTOMS
On our trips and we will be interacting with locals, working with them, and being invited into their homes, we ask that attendees be respectful of local customs. Our cultural trips are focused on getting to know the people and are designed to be less touristy, which excludes major tourist attractions.

PATIENCE
Sisters Traveling Solo will do our best to ensure that our trips run according to schedule. However, trip attendees should be aware that at times we run ahead or behind schedule. Attending our trips will require that participants are patient at times.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Trip attendees should be aware that unlike the US, many of the places we visit may not have a variety of meal options to cater to restricted diets. Strict dietary restrictions may result in minimal food options for those attendees who may be vegan.

PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATION
Our pre-trip communication is done via email only. Important documents are uploaded to our customer portal for review per the timelines listed in the section below labeled trip important deadlines. Any trip questions can be emailed to tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo.com

ON-TRIP COMMUNICATION
Our on trip communication is done via WHATSAPP. All trip participates are asked to download the app before arrival into the Country we are visiting.

INVOICING

Invoices are available on the 5th of each month via the customer portal. Sisters Traveling Solo does not provide invoices upon special request. Each customer will receive one (1) invoice per month on the 5th of each month.

If a customer would like to pay off a trip, they should email Sisters Traveling Solo at tripsupport@sisterstravelingsolo between the 1st and 5th each month. Sisters Traveling Solo will send out an invoice to pay off remaining trip balance on or before the 8th of each month. Request to pay off trip invoice will only be accepted between the 1st and 5th of each month.

CUSTOMER PORTAL

After booking, all customer will be sent an email with a link to our customer portal. Customers must sign up to this customer portal to access and pay monthly invoices. Customer should bookmark the customer portal site for future reference.

Sisters Traveling has built solid relationships with vendors we have worked with in the past, some of which we know can provide the on the ground service that we need. For some of our trips the tour will be ran by our local tour guide and no Sisters Traveling Solo team member will be on the trip as we are 100% confident in the local teams ability to provide excellent service. Sisters Traveling Solo will be in daily contact with the local guide to ensure things are running smoothly, and members will also be able to contact us if there are any issues while on the trip.

4-Star Hotel - Marrakech (5-nights) - The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Marrakech Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Marrakech Plaza. Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, your hotel offers a great escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. Each room includes (2) twin beds or (1) queen bed.

4-Star Hotel - Essaouira (3-nights) - The golf resort is ideally located for exploring Essaouira. The historic museums and beaches are only 2,950 feet away. There are 5 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant and 4 restaurants serving à la carte dishes. There are also 4 bars where guests can relax after a day by the pool. Each room includes (2) twin beds or (1) queen bed.

COUNTRY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This year, we provided more information on our trip itineraries than we have in the past, so we want to clarify a few things.

Entry requirements listed on your trip itineraries are directly from the US State department's website. They are pulled at the time the itinerary was created, which is before the trip opens. We are not constantly updating that information on the itineraries, so things could be slightly different once it reaches you. We only source entry requirements from the US State Department and or from that country's government website; both are usually the same.
So it is up to each trip participant to keep updated on entry requirements throughout the year. At least (2.5) months before your trip departure, Sisters Traveling Solo will alert trip participants of any required entry requirements and any cost associated with those entry requirements.

Our team monitors every trip we are hosting, so we will alert you if there is any need to know updates or changes. If there is a delay in getting you any updates, our team is verifying information, and we would rather get you correct delayed information than fast wrong information.

Note: Sisters Traveling Solo has no control of the travel world's constant changes; we can only update you changes that become available through reliable sources.

All trip participants participating in a 2021 or 2022 Sisters Traveling Solo trip will be required to wear a mask in the company of other trip participants, group transportation transfers, etc. regardless of vaccination status.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Marrakech City Tour - Visit Majorelle gardens and discover some of Marrakesh's well-known monuments, from the Medina, to the famous Bahia Palace.

Essaouira City Tour - Visit the Skala batter, remains of the Tukswahbukli pirate era, tour around the town, and see the craftsmen at work. After a quick break for lunch, you will head to the fishermen’s port, and the Mellah Jewish quarter.

Argan Oil Cooperative Visit - In 2015, Morocco produced about 4,000 tonnes of the oil, about a third of which was exported. The co-operatives have been immensely successful and much of the produce is now bought by large global beauty brands. The cooperatives have also been used as a base to educate and empower women.

Goats In Tree - Most of the goats live in the Souss-Massa-Drâa region of southwest Morocco near the tourist destinations of Essaouira and Agadir. Herds of hungry goats pose in their crooked branches, sometimes more than one dozen in a single tree.

Spa Day - Experience a traditional Moroccan spa session. During your session you will enjoy a traditional hammam and massage treatment.

Atlas Mountains - Atlas Mountains, series of mountain ranges in northwestern Africa, running generally southwest to northeast to form the geologic backbone of the countries of the Maghrib (the western region of the Arab world)—Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.

Meals - Meals as listed in the above itinerary. Important note: meals do not include beverages. Beverages to be purchased by trip participants in Cairo and Luxor.

STS Apparel - First time trip attendees will receive a STS bag to include a STS t-shirt. For each trip after the first, trip attendees will receive a STS t-shirt. (First trip = white shirt, Second trip = black shirt, Third trip = gold shirt)

COMPANY CANCELLATION TERMS

Trip Cancellation Due to Missed Payment:

Trip will be automatically cancelled after ONE missed payment. No refund of deposit or payments will be provided to a trip cancelled due to missed payments. If trip is cancelled due to missed payments, trip deposit cannot be applied to any future Sisters Traveling Solo trips. Attendees will be given a 3-day grace period after the 15th of the month to make their payment. If trip payment is not received by 11:59pm EST on the 18th of the month the trip will be automatically canceled.

CUSTOMER CANCELATION POLICY

24-hour cancellation.

The trip deposit will be refunded upon request 24 hours after the trip has been booked. After 24-hours of booking, no cash refunds of deposits will be given.

After 24-hour cancellation (Trip Credits)

Between 24-hours of booking through September 4, 2021 (11:59 PM EST) any request for cancellations will be refunded via trip credit for use on a future Sisters Traveling Solo Trip. No cash refunds will be given. The credit amount will be issued in the amount of the deposit paid, and for useage on a trip that takes place between October 21, 2022 - October 20, 2023.

- Trip credit can be used on a future Sisters Traveling Solo culutral, traditional or wellness themed trips. See credit usage terms in the below sections.

- Trip credits are limited to one time usage. Trip credit cannot be extended, applied or transferred to another trip after it's been used.

Non-refundable deposit and payments.

After September 4, 2021 (11:59 PM EST), no refunds of deposits, payments, nor trip credits will be given.

Deposit Transfer to Another trip

The trip deposit cannot be applied to another trip. Another trip includes the same trip itinerary that is offered on a different week than what was booked.

Payment Transfer to Another trip

Trip payments cannot be applied to another trip. Another trip includes the same trip itinerary that is offered on a different week than what was booked.

Deposit or Payment Transfer to Another Person

Trip deposits nor trip payments can be transferred to another person.

TRIP CREDIT TERMS & USAGE

Trip Credit Terms:

The trip credit amount is the total amount paid to Sisters Traveling Solo for the cancelled trip. The credit amount does not include any discounts applied to payments.
Sisters Traveling Solo will confirm Trip Attendee trip credit via email. The trip credit email is formal confirmation that the company has a credit on file for Trip Attendee. No other assurances or certificates to be given.
Trip credit can only be used on a trip taking place during the period mentioned in the refund section of this document. The trip must be traveled or commenced between the dates mentioned in the refund section of this page. Not that the deposit has been paid for a trip occurring anytime outside of that time range.
Credits can only be used on STS Cultural, Traditional, Solo Getaway, Wellness trips. They cannot be used on any retreats, meetups, wellness houses, or on any other services or company brands.
The usage of such credit will be applied to a trip with travel period outlined in the Customer Cancellation section of this registration form.

Trip Credit Usage:

Attendees should not book new trips until a trip credit confirmation email is received.
Attendees should monitor Sisters Traveling Solo for open trips with credit usage dates.
Attendees will still be required to book any subsequent trip as usual by paying the trip deposit to secure a spot on the trip.
The Attendee can then notify Sisters Traveling Solo of her intent to use the credit to be applied to that trip. Once the credit is applied, Sisters Traveling Solo adjusts down the trip monthly payments accordingly. Trip Attendees can expect trip payments to start per the trip payment terms.
Attendees will be allowed to make one trip credit request and will not be permitted to request to be moved to a different trip or make additional transfers.

TRIP DEADLINES

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT

Flight information for all participates attending a Sisters Traveling Solo trip is required at least (6) weeks before trip departure. No flight booking assistance is provided by Sisters Traveling Solo unless included in the trip cost.

International Flight Submission Deadline:

All flight information must be submitted to Sisters Traveling Solo at least (6) weeks before the trip departure date. Any participant who fails to provide their flight information late is subject to complete trip cancellation without a refund.

(3) Months before the trip departure date, Sisters Traveling Solo will notify trip you via email the steps to submit your flight information. Flight information sent via email will not be accepted.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Sisters Traveling Solo requires that all trip participants purchase travel insurance. The minimum coverage amount for travel insurance is $250,000. We highly encourage you to buy travel insurance as soon as possible in case you have to cancel your trip so that if you have to cancel, your travel insurance policy to seek reimbursement.

The minimum coverage amounts of $250,000 must include medical and evacuation. When adding the line item labeled medical in the travel insurance policy to the line item marked evacuation in the travel policy; that coverage amount must total at least $250,000

Insurance Submission Deadline:

All travel insurance information must be submitted to Sisters Traveling Solo at least (6) weeks before the trip departure date. Any participant who fails to provide their travel insurance information late is subject to complete trip cancellation without a refund.

(3) Months before the trip departure date, Sisters Traveling Solo will notify you via email the steps to submit your travel insurance information. Travel insurance information sent via email will not be accepted.

Visa Submission Deadline:

Sisters Traveling Solo will require proof of Visa at least (3) weeks before the trip departure date.

(3) Months before the trip departure date, Sisters Traveling Solo will notify you via email the steps to submit your Visa information. Visa information sent via email will not be accepted.

PASSPORT

If the trip requires your passport information, please read below:

Required passport information may be needed when you sign up or after.
Participate confirmed passport information is required at least (3) months before the trip departure date.
Sisters Traveling Solo will book a participate flight with the most recent passport information provided.
Participate will be responsible for any fees associated with provided Sisters Traveling Solo incorrect, wrong, or expired information.

Passport Submission Deadline:

(6) Months before the trip departure date, Sisters Traveling Solo will notify you via email the steps to submit your Visa information. Visa information sent via email will not be accepted.

Failure to provide required information per the deadlines above will result in trip cancellation. Sisters Traveling Solo will notify the trip attendee if the required information has not been received on time. Trip attendees will be provided 24 hours to submit the requested information. After 24 hours, if the information has not to be received, the attendee's trip will be canceled.

POLICY ON GLOBAL ILLNESSES

Please read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly before signing your Travel Agreement & Waiver. *

The following policies and procedures are applicable with response to global
diseases/pandemics, natural disasters, border closings/quarantines, acts of God,
and acts of war/terrorism, emergent situations, civil unrest or turmoil in the
country (hereinafter “Global Events”), or any other reason and travel policies as
applicable to all Sisters Traveling Solo trips.

By way of background, in recent years, there have been an onslaught of global illnesses that have had some level of contagion that have affected travel. In recent months especially, the prevalence of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as the “coronavirus”) has had in impact on the travel industry including flight cancellations, trip cancellations, and more.

This policy shall be applicable to any trip
that is cancelled for any reason, either relating to a Global Event, or for any other reason.

By booking this trip, you are agreeing to the following:

1. These provisions apply to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease that may arise or currently exists now or in the future, or for any reason listed above and below, or for any reason, even if unstated, in the sole discretion of Sisters Traveling Solo.

2. Sisters Traveling Solo has and reserves the right to cancel or terminate any trip at any time, in its sole discretion and at its sole determination. Sisters Traveling Solo shall be able to cancel any trip for any reason or sole discretion, including, but not limited to: global pandemics/diseases, natural disasters, border closings/quarantines, acts of God, acts of war/terrorism, civil unrest or turmoil in the country or reason.

3. In the event that any trip is cancelled by Sisters Traveling Solo, for any reason, Sisters Traveling Solo will not issue refunds of any payments made for any reason. Attendees will only be entitled to credit for future trips. If an Attendee elects not to attend a trip for any reason other than Sisters Traveling Solo cancelling the trip, the payment rules and provisions as stated in other sections of this Policy will prevail.

4. If any trip is cancelled, Sisters Traveling Solo will solely provide email notification to attendees. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they are checking their email and receiving emails from Sisters Traveling Solo. Sisters Traveling Solo is not obligated to give any other form of notice of trip cancellation. We will keep you updated timely and if there is no notification as to cancellation you can proceed as planned.

5. Attendee understands and acknowledges that international travel is an ever-changing situation and Sisters Traveling Solo will do its best to keep attendees reasonably informed of any changes that may affect the trip, for any of the reasons detailed above.

6. Attendees are required and responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover the trip. Sisters Traveling Solo recommends that attendees acquire “cancel for any reason” insurance to better ensure

Sisters Traveling Solo Policy on COVID-19 and Other Global Illnesses coverage in the event of a global “pandemic” or other level spread of illness or any other Global Event. Sisters Traveling Solo will not be responsible for:

A. The cost of any travel insurance that Attendee procures;

B. The cost of any expenditures that Attendee incurs relating to any cancelled trip; or

C. Any costs that are denied coverage by travel insurance, either through claims or otherwise.

D. For the avoidance of doubt, by way of example, if Attendee’s travel insurance will not cover a flight for a cancelled trip, Sisters Traveling Solo bears no responsibility for covering or reimbursing Attendee for such expenditure.

E. Please also note that Sisters Traveling Solo cannot delay payments or hold spots while Attendees wait to learn about travel insurance claims.

7. Sisters Traveling Solo will closely monitor and will likely cancel any affected trip if the travel advisory for the country in which any portion of the trip occurs reaches a “Level 3” travel advisory. Sisters Traveling Solo has the right to cancel any trip even if it doesn’t involve a travel advisory of Level 3, as well. Assessments regarding trips will be made on a case-by-case basis at Sisters Traveling Solo’s sole discretion.

8. Sisters Traveling Solo will do its best to let attendees know if a trip is cancelled at least three (3) months prior to the trip. However, this time-frame cannot be guaranteed and is not always feasible due to of the ever-changing nature of such travel advisories and Global Events, especially with respect to global pandemics/diseases.

9. If Sisters Traveling Solo offers attendees the option to cancel or change a trip,
there will be a very specific and stated timetable or window for such
attendee-determined cancellations. Any Attendee cancellations outside of that stated period will result in the payments made being nonrefundable and non-transferable. The option to change dates of a trip will be at Sisters Traveling Solo’s sole discretion.

10. If an Attendee opts to cancel outside of or beyond Sisters Traveling Solo cancelling a trip, then standard rules regarding refunds and the nonrefundable nature of payments applies.

11. For trips that are proceeding and are not cancelled, Sisters Traveling Solo has the right to make changes to the itineraries and lodging, at its sole discretion.

12. While Sisters Traveling Solo realizes that airline pricing fluctuates and can change instantaneously, Sisters Traveling Solo advises that it may be prudent, with the nature of COVID-19 and other diseases, and Global Events, that Attendees may not want to obtain plane tickets extremely early with respect to the trip and may not want to book more than three (3) months prior to a trip, bearing in mind the fact that prices fluctuate. Ultimately, Attendee is responsible for her own airfare, and Sisters Traveling Solo bears no responsibility for lost airfare or price increases or decreases in airfare, or
lack of availability, even if a trip is cancelled for reasons outside the aforementioned reasons.

Sisters Traveling Solo Policy on COVID-19 and Other Global Illnesses

13. Sisters Traveling Solo is not responsible for the following for any reason, regardless of trip cancellation or continuation:

A. Airfare purchased for the trip, whether the trip continues as scheduled, is modified or changed, is postponed, or is cancelled;

B. Any costs associated with change fees for plane tickets;

C. Any costs associated with quarantine orders, including but not limited to the following:

i. If Attendee is quarantined overseas and unable to return to the country of origin or residence, for any period of time;

ii. If Attendee is quarantined upon arrival back at the country of origin or residence, for any period of time;

iii. If Attendee is required to “self quarantine” or “self isolate” upon return to her country of origin or residence; or

iv. Any costs associated with any such order whether they be direct or consequential (hotel costs, change fees, lodging, etc.) or incidental (loss in ages/employment, additional costs associated with quarantine, etc.).

14. If Sisters Traveling Solo elects to cancel a trip for any reason, the following will occur:

A. Attendee will be notified promptly of the intent to cancel the trip.

B. No payments that have been made will be refundable. Sisters Traveling Solo will issue a credit to be used on a future trip.

C. Sisters Traveling Solo will provide Attendee with the amount of credit that will be afforded Attendee to be used on another trip. Trip credits can only be used on trips themed traditional, cultural, wellness or solo getaways.  Credit cannot be used on Wellness House themed trips.

D. Any credit issued will only be for payments made to Sisters Traveling Solo. It will not include payments made to any third party by Attendee.

E. Any credit used can only be applied to one (1) future Sisters Traveling Solo trip with a value of at least 75% of the initial trip cost. Trip credit must be used within 365 days of cancelled trip end date.  Example: if the cancelled trip dates were May 1 - 6, 2021; the credit would be avoid from the date of Sisters Traveling Solo cancellation until May 6, 2022. Trip credits can only be used on trips themed traditional, cultural, wellness or solo getaways.  Credit cannot be used on Wellness House themed trips.

F. The usage of such credit will be applied to a trip with a departure date within 365 days of the cancelled trip return date.  This means that the trip must be traveled or commenced by May 6, 2022 per the example provided above (E), not that the deposit has been paid for a trip by May 2022.

G. Trip credits will not be extended if the Attendee fails to use the credit or if the Attendee fails to book an available trip during the next calendar year.

H. No additional spots will be added to accommodate an Attendee who fails to book an open trip during the next calendar year.

I. Attendee will still be required to book any subsequent trip as usual by paying the deposit to secure a spot on the trip. The Attendee can then notify Sisters Traveling Solo of her intent to use the credit to be applied to that trip, and any remaining cost overage for the new trip will be split into equal monthly payments or Attendee can pay the difference in one payment immediately upon notification of the excess amount.

Sisters Traveling Solo Policy on COVID-19 and Other Global Illnesses

J. Attendee will be allowed to make one transfer, and will not be permitted to transfer to a different trip and make additional transfers.

K. Should the amount of the credit be in excess of the new trip price, Sisters Traveling Solo will issue a refund for the balance amount to the credit card Attendee made the last trip payment with. All overage refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the time that Attendee notifies Sisters Traveling Solo that it intends to use credit on a particular trip and Sisters Traveling Solo sends a confirmation of the booking and any overage amount.

15. If Attendee files a dispute for reimbursement of payment for a trip that
Sisters Traveling Solo cancels or that Attendee no longer wishes to attend, all
credits shall be forfeited, regardless of whether Attendee prevails in the
dispute or not.

1. The Terms and Conditions in this document, hereafter referred to as "Agreement"; (which includes this 4-page document and incorporates any terms and or provisions as stated on individual trip sign up pages) is between "Sisters Traveling Solo"; hereafter referred to as; Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company; and the named traveler in Agreement, hereafter referred to as "Traveler".

2. Signature of Agreement by Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company and Traveler shall not constitute the creation, conveyance, transference, conference, or otherwise granting of any rights, authority, ownership, or license in the Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company to Traveler by Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company.

3. Traveler agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, vendors, travel guides, assignees, transferees, agents, and any other third parties acting on Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company's behalf against any and all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries, claims, or deaths resulting in whole or in part, either directly or indirectly, from any aspect of travel and/or activities facilitated by Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company. Traveler further agrees that in no event and under no circumstances shall Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company, nor its officers, directors, employees, vendors, guides, contractors, assignees, transferees, agents, and other third parties acting on Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company's behalf bear any total or aggregate liability (either jointly or severally) under Agreement that exceeds the amount of total fees paid by Traveler to Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company for the particular trip in question.

4. Traveler agrees to abide by all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations in the countries of travel and residency, regardless of length of time in said countries. If questioning, apprehension/arrest, detainment, punishment, or incarceration by lawful authorities occurs, Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company shall not be responsible or liable, either legally, financially or otherwise, for Traveler's actions or release.

5. Company advises Traveler to purchase the necessary and required travel insurance. Traveler understands that all required credentials, visas, permits, insurance, and other travel, medical, and identifying documentation are the sole responsibility and at the sole expense of Traveler. It is Traveler’s sole responsibility and sole cost to determine whether Traveler needs a visa or any other for this trip, the applicable type of visa, and to ensure that the visa is applied for, obtained, and received timely for travel on this trip.

6. Traveler understands it is their responsibility to arrive in time for travel departure or event or activity start. Company assumes no responsibility, liability, or expense for Traveler's inability to travel or participate in any activity or event hosted by Company due to insufficient, inaccurate, or expired travel, medical, and identifying documentation by Traveler, or failure to arrive on time for travel departures or participation in events or activities for any reason, including those reasons that are out of the control of Traveler.

7. Traveler grants Company the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use social media posts of Traveler in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Company, before, during, and after such travel and activities. Traveler authorizes Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, agents, and any other third parties working on Company's behalf, to copyright, use, and publish the photographs, videos, and social media posts in print and/or electronically. Company may use videos, photographs, or social media posts of Traveler with or without Traveler's name and for any lawful purposes, including for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, promotion, fund-raising, and social media / internet content. Company is released from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with such content. Traveler acknowledges she does not expect and will not receive financial compensation of any kind associated with the taking, publication, or other use of such photographs, videos, and social media posts. Traveler further releases Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, and any third parties acting on Company's behalf from any liability or claims by Traveler or any representative of Traveler, including those relating to right of publicity or usage of Traveler’s name, likeness, image, voice, or any other identifying trait.

8. Traveler understands that Company offers travel services, events, and activities to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors. Company does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of these vendors. Hence, customer understands and agrees that Company is not responsible for any operating failure, delay, loss, damage, or injury to Traveler or any resulting claims or damages arising as a result. Further, Company does not and cannot guarantee a certain outcome or a particular result in conjunction with any travel, activities, or events arranged by Company. While Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company will use its best professional efforts to achieve a successful outcome, Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee, either express or implied, as to a specific outcome or result, or the expectation, perspective, or experience of Traveler.

9. Traveler agrees that their safety is primarily their own responsibility. Traveler agrees to make sure that they know how to safely participate in activities, and agrees to observe any rules and practices that may be employed to minimize the risk of injury. Traveler agrees to stop and seek assistance if they do not believe they can safely continue, to limit their participation to reflect their personal fitness level, and to refrain from any and all actions that would pose a hazard to Traveler or others. Traveler understands that as with any physical activities, they should check with their doctor prior to embarking upon such activities to verify if they are medically able to participate in any activities. By signing this form, Traveler acknowledges that they have checked with their doctor and been cleared for any activities that they shall participate in, and that Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company bears no liability for any activity or outcome that may adversely affect the health or well-being of Traveler.

10. Traveler agrees to participate in the trip and related activities that are held and sponsored by Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company and to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, and agree to hold Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company, its trustees, officers, directors, servants, agents, volunteers, contractors, and employees or “Releases” from and against any and all liabilities, demands, suits, costs, claims, or injuries, including death, that Traveler may sustain during or in conjunction with the trip or related activities. This total waiver of liability is intended to be a full and complete waiver and release of Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company from any liability for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the trip or related activities, and that Traveler is giving up any rights to legal recourse that they may have or obtain against Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company or its related parties.

11. Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. There are no other promises, obligations, or terms and conditions, either oral or written, either express or implicated. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia in the United States. The contract takes place in Fulton County, Georgia. Any attorney fees for any breach shall be borne by the losing party if litigation ensues. By signature below, both parties acknowledge they have read and understand Agreement, and voluntarily and fully agree to all terms and conditions set forth within. This Agreement shall bind the heirs, assigns, successors, etc., of Traveler.

12. Agreement shall be in effect from the signed date of Agreement (either electronically or physically) and into perpetuity, and shall cover all future travel, activities, or events Traveler may participate in which are affiliated in any way with Sisters Traveling Solo LLC Company.

Please read our Travel Advisory thoroughly before signing your Travel Agreement & Waiver *

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date.  Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. This can be confirmed at https://www.visahq.com/. Traveler is responsible for ensuring they have all the proper documents for transit or entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match transportation tickets.  Please check the State Department website at http://travel.state.gov for further information.

Immunizations may also be required. Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website at http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list

Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travels with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at https://step.state.gov/step/.
