We/I further agree to abide by the rules and By-laws of The Hop Brook Tennis Club, Inc. We/I will mail the $100.00 application fee, which we/I understand will be refunded if we/I wish to withdraw the application. If accepted for membership, we/I understand that if the application is accepted, the fee will be applied toward the initiation fee.
