You consent to receive communications from the Underbelly Training Academy by email and telephone.

You agree that if your application for the Underbelly Training Academy is successful, you will attend all the required sessions from Monday 16 August to Friday 10 September 2021.

Should your application be successful, you agree to take regular COVID lateral flow tests at home and should you test positive, self-isolate at home, and inform the course leader. Lateral flow tests will be provided at the first Underbelly Training Academy session.

You understand that the Underbelly Training Academy is an unpaid training programme but daily expenses for travel and food will be provided by the Academy.

Should your application be successful, you agree at all times to follow the instructions of the Underbelly Training Academy Team.

You understand that should your application be successful, the Underbelly Training Academy reserves the right to withdraw your offer of a place at any time.
