Agreements

I/We give permission for our child to participate in trips sponsored by Camp Orot. I/We agree to hold Camp Orot and its employees harmless from any liability which may occur as a result of such trips including, but not limited to, transportation and participation in activities at the trip destination. *
It is the practice of Camp Orot to use photographs in its publications and in other selected media, including on the school/camp instagram for the purpose of promoting the camp and its programs. Camp Orot maintains the right to utilize such photographic and quoted materials or other selected media. I/We, as parent(s) and guardian(s), give permission to use photographic and quoted material in MDS or Camp Orot publications and other selected media. *
Please choose one on the following camp divisions (based on your childs birthday) as well as the number of sessions you wish your child to attend.
A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE registration fee/deposit is due at the time of registration. Tuition balance must be received by May 1st, 2023 *
