In order to best fulfill your travel needs, a brief profile of information must be gathered. This is to make sure we meet all of your needs and desires. We do charge a service fee based on the complexity of your request. This fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. This is an administrative fee payable to the agent who spends time researching and building your itinerary. We will be available to assist you from the moment you receive your quote until the day you return from your vacation. If possible, vacation payment plans can be arranged based on your
travel components and the policy of the vendor. Destination entry protocols will be researched to make sure you are properly prepared for your journey.
While a travel advisor's commission make up the lion's share of travel agent income for 99.9% of advisors, this revenue stream does not compensate advisors for the extra support they offer travelers in the planning, booking, and traveling process—the time we invest in researching and qualifying suppliers to put you on the right cruise, the hours we spend on the phone securing letters of credit and making changes, and the extra support we offer clients when issues come up during your trip. (This is just the tip of the iceberg.)
Consider yourself to be retaining the services of a personal travel concierge.
Simply put, you are paying for your agent’s time and expertise in researching or planning a trip. We are not attempting to compete with online DIY options, OTAs and travel apps. Our competitive edge is based on service, expertise, advice, connections and protection. Our business model is designed to attract a more service-oriented, loyal clientele not so easily swayed by the online ‘deal of the day. Fees are in place to cover our time and expertise, and to be able to give unbiased recommendations tailored to individual needs without having to worry about commission overrides. Implementing fees allows us to include services that are noncommissionable to us to further enhance your experience.

Pick My Brain Session - $50 Consultation fee. 20 mins for recommendations- no quote will be generated. If you would like to proceed with utilizing my services after this session your payment can be applied to one of the above choices. If not, this administrative fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Discount Code - Only insert if instructed to do so by the Travel Director for a one time use. If you repeat a code that was given to you the past and you were not given permission reuse, you will be billed for the remaining balance due before we will start on your request.
FEE SUMMARY:Upon receipt of your quote you will have 3 days to make a decision, any adjustments, or to deposit. Once 3 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50 before we will continue with the planning process. This $50 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days. As I am sure you are aware, planning a vacation takes time. Once I have received your responses, I will take the time to search for the best match for your party. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research everything to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will provide a smooth travel experience. Once Stars N Skyes Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to review all available options. If you choose to book your vacation elsewhere, this fee will be retained as payment for services rendered. All vacations arranged through Stars N Skyes Travel offer peace of mind. We go where you go! Consider me as your Personal Travel Concierge. I am available to assist prior to your departure, while you are on vacation, and upon your return. There is no online service available to match the customer service I provide. You will receive two quotes to provide feedback and make changes before I send your final quote.
