Your prospective employer has contracted TSCC services to process and maintain all driver qualification files. Please complete this application to the best of your ability. As a CDL driver, you are required to provide a minimum of 10 years’ worth of work history. Employment dates and addresses are required for this. If you do not have this information readily available, you have the option to create a login for this site to allow editing, saving, and returning to your application as needed until thorough and complete employment history is provided.


Please note, in order to process your application completely, you may be contacted by a TSCC representative to obtain additional information using the phone number or email address provided.


You will also have the opportunity to upload your required driver credentials to your application. If you choose not to do so, please ensure that your prospective employer receives a copy to be reviewed and retained in your Driver file.
